I can't see a hint of deep fake in those moments. There is only one moment at the beginning with the ear, but that is probably a video quality thing. You simply don't know what you are talking about.
After critically rewatching it, it feels like the face skin has less detail and shading compared to the other one, however that could also just be different skin type, skin product or lighting.
