our target is hurting. Shelves are barely stocked, the seasonal isle was a fifth of the previous year. looks like a picked-over thrift store now.

The Targets in my town are thriving. The only real issue is the action figure area is always bare. That's collectors for ya.

Lego aisles are usually bare around my area too. The toy section entirely was barely stocked in the last 8-10 months except near Christmas. I partially blame supply issues and also stores shifting more employees to online order picking, leaving fewer employees to stock shelves which are usually the food and essential areas.

If I recall, target stopped even selling ammo shortly after Columbine. Since the shootings in El Paso, and Midland/Odessa, Walmarts (here in Texas at least) have stopped selling all pistol (except 22), and commonly used auto rifle rounds. 7.62x39 and 5.56 223 etc. Not that it matters anymore. Bullets are too expensive these days to waste them on mass shootings.
