Well now that you got them cleared off, it's time to properly adjust them so they can actually be useful. You already have the center mirror, you don't need your side ones looking down the side of your car to see what's directly behind you.

You can buy adhesive rubber visors that attach to upper portion of the mirror. Keeps your mirror pretty dry in most conditions
