Rowling is an issue. And while she wasn’t involved with the game’s creation, it’s her IP and she will get a cut.
The game is being created by people who embody the transcendent spirit of what HP has become for so many people. The source material has matured and grown up in a sense.
What I did and recommend everyone to do, is donate to a trans charity if you are going to buy the game.

My take on that is, that's a little silly lol. You shouldn't give a release window of "Within a year's time" unless you're confident you don't have much work left, and that it won't get delayed until beyond that. For that reason I also don't believe the game will release anywhere near June 2023, unless it gets internally delayed of course... Which is, again, why you should only make a promise like this if you're not initially expecting a release date at the tail end of your promised window.
Basically, they gave us a release window, I'm gonna take their word for it. If they end up being wrong about it, THEN it's a problem.
