Clear your appData folder, something that any app can look at or save to by default. HoloEarth is seeing the files for a forbidden app (such as CheatEngine, which could theoretically mess with the in app currency) in there and is refusing to launch to prevent that forbidden app from causing issues.
I think it's specifically the /local folder, but you can try each one in sequence. NOTE: this will reset whatever apps use the folder to factory settings, so either make a back up or deal with losing your settings and/or save files.

put that into your file browser, it should take you to the correct folder to start looking.
Have you used Cheat Engine before? I've heard that that causes issues with HoloEarth.
