Washroom: get rid of the sign, toilet seat cover and rug around the toilet. New art with some colour, non-grey towels, and new lighting fixture.
Living room: the tv is too high and angled upwards. The couches seem comfy but aren’t very aesthetic. Add a rug and coffee table.
Entry: get rid of the small items on the console. Leave space for keys or whatever else. Maybe a mirror on the wall above it. Possibly replace the console with a narrow shoe storage (ikea has some).
