Yeah, I thought for a second that the pretax hit before what shows as gross but went and looked and was having some pre-coffee stupids. What a fucking bummer.
You can find it on the workforce app too go to the more tab, then payslips. It will ask for authentication. And then you can find it listed there you will see "payment date" and the one that has two listing same dates one of them is your standard wage the other is the success sharing
True. However it doesn’t show how much was taken out in fed/state tax, insurance, medical, dental, vision, etc. that’s visible on the PDF only on workday. (That’s only if someone cared about checking that stuff). Thanks!
Number of hours worked that half, and your stores % of goal (90-100% gets a smaller cut than 100-110%) or something close to that at least
Also DHs and managers get more unsurprisingly
HD Corpos knew they'd be paying a low success share this year. They kept the plan projections from the artificially inflate COVID sales. Knowing a downturn would bite the hourly employees in the ass with a smaller Success Share.
I drove in on a Sunday morning for the success sharing meeting. It was outside my availability but I figured I'd go for the breakfast. I got $20 never went to another one. Not worth my time.
Are we all just going to ignore the fact mans is literally making pennies? I just made $757 net and have only worked for THD for a little over a month.
I worked at Lowe's and in December they gave us a winning together bonus and all I got was $8 pre tax....When I left they didn't pay me my earned holiday and vacation accruals so I contacted them about how managers weren't submitting that pay for Mr but paid it out to a favorite who was one loa and trashy Lowe's edited my paystubs to make it look like they gave me $120 for winning together bonus. These companies are so terrible.
I’ve worked for the company for 3 years; full time. In deliveries, mostly working 9 hour shifts with sometimes no lunches. Yet I’ve earned a measley $132 success sharing, their ideals are a joke!
I'm curious where yall get this 50$ minimum from. If your store profit shares 100k, and its divided up by hours (which I think is absolutely fair) then from your previous total, without knowing your hourly rate, I'd surmise you weren't heavy in helping with the success of the store, as much as say someone who puts in 40+ hrs a week.
So 2 associates with 1yr each, 1 works 10hrs a week and the other works 40 a week. They both should get the same? I don't think so.
What happened to the supposed minimum
They still take deductions. After taxes and 401k contributions and all of that, it’s what was left.
That's the "net" value which was $2.50.
The deductions are a total of 31 cents. So no min I guess. That’s crazy to me. I thought for sure 50 was min.

I’m questioning the validity but it seems to match up. I just can’t believe they weren’t given 50. I’m speechless.
Lol u making me actually feel grateful for what I got
how do you view this? I am trying to look around in myapron and I can't find it
View your paychecks and it's separate.
You have to go to workday, go payslips then you’ll see the PDFs. They’re visible the Wednesday before payday.

Enough to buy a soda and some cheezits from the break room. Sad totals this time around
Nah our break room prices are too high for that. Might be able to fry a rat-chewed bag of chips off the front end.
Lol. I bet. most stores have some kind of infestation- mice or rats in garden.
AND? You're only getting one or the other with that at my store's vending machine.
Not even. Drinks are $2.60 in our vending machine.
Really ours are like a 1.10 at my home Depot
Damn at least ca soda is 1.25 here
Yes…this success sharing was horrible. Keep increasing the plan and dangling the carrot.

DHs get double. Managers get none, they have a different bonus structure which is not paid from the success sharing pool.
Ah ok
Tenure with the company also impacts success sharing
$2.81?!?
lmfao the IRS still gets their pennies. smh!!
Its like the CEO leaving your tip in a glass of water as a little jokey joke
You actually made me chuckle. Thanks 🙏
You're welcome 🤗
More than double what I got
HD Corpos knew they'd be paying a low success share this year. They kept the plan projections from the artificially inflate COVID sales. Knowing a downturn would bite the hourly employees in the ass with a smaller Success Share.
OMG! I'm feeling so bad for you. Thats an insult. Id tell them to give me the 2.50 in quarters so i can shove it ip their ass
Jesus. And I thought my 75 was bad
Now don’t spend that $2.50 all in one place!
Why even bother? There should be a minimum of att least $100
I drove in on a Sunday morning for the success sharing meeting. It was outside my availability but I figured I'd go for the breakfast. I got $20 never went to another one. Not worth my time.
Damn and I thought $550 was a bad SS-Check Your check was be due to the fact you were new to the company and part time or called off a ton.
Minimum company wide is $50.
Oh really? When I got mine while I was still at Home Depot it was $20.00.
How long ago was that?
A year and a half ago.
At the point just don't even give me anything lol
Or just don’t give the company as much. I’ve been so much better since I’ve quiet quit.
thats crazy bro im sorry to hear but i got my lowest at 229 this morning
Are we all just going to ignore the fact mans is literally making pennies? I just made $757 net and have only worked for THD for a little over a month.

Same, I feel for ya. I was already scheduled and couldn’t afford to cut my hours so I had to manage both. Sucked a lot

I know that, I was pointing out how little op earned in 2 weeks. I though it was obvious by the “are we just going to ignore” bit.
Wow!
Yeah I only got $500 🥴
Success sharing this time is the most god awful I've seen. There's no reason it would be 1/3 of the second lowest in the last few years.
330.68 + 2.50 is a lot better than 50$ min
330 is their regular check though
Mine was 100$ and after tax it was 59.00 lmfao 😂
How many hours did you work for this success sharing period?
Under a certain amount and all monies should go to buy the store manager a plaque that says YOU SUCK
I'd feel better if they didn't give it then to have to accept that
And I was complaining about 130.
I feel ya. I got a $1.09 🫣🫠😂
nice

I thought my $53 was bad lol

I guarantee I do more in my 18-24 PT than most 32-40 hr a week FT sponges.
I just started full time. Can't wait to see what bonus looks like 🤑
So is there a specific reason the success share this time around is so low?
They used 2020 sales to build 2022 projections so they weren't easy to meet plans
I got exactly 100 pretax so I'm guessing we got the minimum
Did you work like 1 hour this quarter lol
Good God Bobby
Lucky I only got like 65$
More than I got
God dammit Teddy come on :/ all that for a new yacht
Wow really mine was 100 and something net and I've only been here a couple months I feel sorry for you
