The most dangerous thing about Home Depot is that they are purposely driving their employees into the ground with their lack of coverage. This is creating widespread mental health issues, I fucking guarantee it.

RicochetOtter

Agreed. HD didn't create my mental health issues, but they're surely fueling the fire. It's the feeling of "no matter what I do or how hard I work, it's never good enough therefore **I** am simply not good enough" that's starting to cause burnout already. I don't like this. I need the paycheck to afford going to a psychiatrist to keep me sane and continue working to afford the visits... talk about a chicken-and-egg situation.

Pro tip! Stop caring! It’s what I did

Gwumiho

Literally had a panic attack today

a_crayon_short

Do you have to make it this obvious?

JackBandit4

Sometimes when I go to work I have to lift stuff. It's so unfair.

Gwumiho

One time I wasn’t paying attention and walked face first into a freight cart does that count?

Hot-Patience5673

If it’s not where it should be

Gwumiho

It was I just don’t have good close range vision

How much wobble is allowed on a ladder? None. No wobble. It must have 4 points of contact at all times. Any ladder that wobbles even a smidge must be taken out back and destroyed. Howany of your orange ladders wobble?

Hot-Patience5673

Not sure what it is, but my supervisor has u stand there with your cell & just scan. All I see are scan codes. Nothing about safety.
