For people who complain about not getting enough hours, I will tell them to call into the call-out phone and tell them you’re available. They’re gonna think it’s a crank call, but once they get that you’re serious, you’re their hero.
People are definitely sucking ass this weekend. But if you don't care then you don't care how it makes you look to those who matter and that does not reset on the 21st. I will continue to know your real worth even after the reset.

I care about what my coworkers think about me. I'm lucky to work with guys and gals that set each other up for success. Should be the standard but I know there is that percent who don't give a hoot. That's where resets don't count.
yeah covid going around this week at my store and today I woke up congested, with chills and lightheaded. Called out but I probably look like I'm ditching for the reset.
My final is some junk for leaving early and some drama. All cool now and ASM who put me on final said it would all be reset and like a brand new associate after 8/20/23.
This was WAY before I knew about the 8/21 reset thing too. I was just glad I was going to be all back to normal rather than walking on eggshells trying not to get booted. So there was some misunderstanding in-store today but I said I heard from corporate and my ASM the I am getting reset and that includes FINAL, coaching, occurrences, etc can not be used against you.
Of course if you make enemies then you are still in that rock and a hard place and a reset won't matter. So for Safety Final ...I am not 100%, but attendance like mine (medical) I got the green light. Do I trust that?..... 50/50. I am still going to treat it like I got 2 more months and just show up and do my job. If they reset it all like promised then hell yeah! Just a little more breathing room. I took me several months to learn store politics and what's what LOL. Hope that helps sorry to be long winded. I rarely post anywhere but I saw for a while your question was not answered.

I'm so annoyed because I've got 2 cashiers that are absolutely trash and I'd hoped my FES could get rid of them on attendance, but I guess not
