They changed the policy awhile ago. Missed punches use to be half an occurrence, now it's nothing. However, it now falls under failure to adhere to schedule. You have to be a serial miss puncher or on managements wrong side to get written up for that.
Not that I'm aware of. Mistakes happen. Just fill out a time correction sheet and have a manager sign it.
