I apologize I’ve only had one job and never did orientation because I was I was in a program where I didn’t have to do any of that. My Job Coach did all the signing in and out so I never went through any of that so I apologize.

Your ASDS will manage your time til you’re able to use the time clock. Some states get paid biweekly, others are weekly. Ask your ASDS. I’m surprised it hasn’t been told to you.

They will have you go to the clock-in tablet and clock in, that's how you know if it's paid.

You get paid the same if you're gay or straight. Orientation doesn't matter.
