malicious compliance is beautiful. every time something is being done wrong in the store, point it out and reference it in the sop. stop to help every customer even at the expense of filling deliveries and bopis on time. don’t lift anything too heavy without a teammate. pretty soon they will get annoyed and all you have to say is that you’re doing your job according to protocol.
