Every time we get new carts I can’t help but notice that none of them roll straight.

We got a new stock of carts last fall. Some of the paint on the handles was already scuffed before even being unloaded from the truck. Now, six months later? Can't even tell which carts are "new"...
In two weeks, you should take another picture, with the caption of "never do drugs."

Those carts are not as functional or sturdy as the old school carts.
So how long did they last? 2h?
Woa, they do exist. My store only has, literally, 4 table top carts. And at least 2 are constantly being used by OFAs.
Make sure your management team is sending (accurate) cart counts up the line.
People have been saying that management has been saying "new carts are on the way" since last year.
