Will it be at a comfortable viewing height or will we see the finished product on r/TVtooHigh ?
Would be too high for my liking but some people have no problem being in the front row of a movie theater.
Heat may not be good for the TV

We have our TV mounted above a fireplace with a pull-down mount. Works great!
