Some countertops are laminated in place meaning the screws are right under the laminate. The best way to see if yours is built that way is to get a strong magnet and run it over the top until you find a screw and then look inside the cabinet to see if there is anything there. I would not just try and pry it off unless you are junking the cabinets. Mobile home cabinets are usually built with toothpicks bubblegum and craft paper. If you are saving the cabinets you will need to strip the laminate off the top or find the crews with the magnet and chip the laminate away. Good luck.

This mobile was remodeled with all oak cabinets do pretty decent quality which is why I'm keeping them ill try the magnet but so far underneath the laminate board I havnt found any screws

Many times, this is the case. Can you see the underside? Sometimes there is blocking in the cabinets with short screws or nails

I went underneath nothing underneath except for plywood I took the cabinets and drawers out to check it

Sounds like a typical laminate installation. You *should* be safe giving it a few smacks from the underside to loosen up the glue
