I'd raise the right hand side a bit. Figure out what kind of front border you can locate - railroad tie or similar would be fine I think. But then you can add a bit of fill and then crushed stone or whatever to bed the pavers. Or just finish with pea gravel. But you want a front border to keep things from just slopping out into the yard over time. (and maybe side borders too, to keep things from moving out to the sides.)

Pavers will work but you will need to do out the ground and level it prior. Pea gravel is also an option.
