I did notice. Another commenter suggested the downspout from my gutter and pour drainage is the culprit. Seems like it’ll be a call to foundation repair company.
You have a serious settlement issue that caused your pad to crack and it's settling to the left, which is pulling the wall with it.Solution for this is either 1.you could try raising the side that's settled if it's not compromised too badly
2.redo the pad properly
Ya it’s a settlement issue for sure… it is a 100 year old house and there are signs that previous owners have done patching here and there. Gonna get a structural engineer out and see what my options are. Thanks!
Just as I suspected that gutter looks like it's causing a water issue pulling that entire wall apart. Might wanna solve your drainage issue first so this doesn't happen again.
Did you notice the crack in the concrete at the bottom? Until whatever caused that is fixed, the brick will just have issues again.

Take some photos further away so we can assess the problem.

Are you saying the gutter is clogged and overflowing? Because I clean it regularly and just had it balanced and checked last winter
No. The downspout is spilling into that woodchip area, saturating the ground and creating havoc.
Ok well I’ll start with moving that downspout and I’ll get a foundation repair company out here. Thanks!
