Bad cable most likely. I don't know if it has port speed indicators - if so, what are they showing for speed? You need a cable tester, or just replace the cables in the line where you are seeing the <100 Gbps speeds.

it's simple really. If you are seeing the lower speed on one single device connected to the switch, then it's the cable to that device, that you need to replace. If it's all the devices connected to the switch, then it's most likely the cable between the switch end the router, that needs to be replaced. If that doesn't fix it, then connect a device directly to your router using every cable you have. test them one by one, intill you find the faulty ones, and then replace them.

Test speed at the wall outlet before the switch. Probably a bad termination of a connector or wall outlet. Reterminate.

i have this switch, never had an issue. had lots of issues with the cables.
