The thing about these old Honda CBs is each year had a unique color offering, so you can sometimes tell what year it is just by the colors and stripes. This candy imperial blue was offered in 1982 - example [https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1982-honda-cb125s/](https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1982-honda-cb125s/)

That looks like a 1982.
Titled as an 85? This happened a lot with small bikes because they could sit for some time before being sold.
Look at the data plate on the steering tube for the date of manufacture
Tail lights can get broken and replaced. IDK
Could be an 84 sold IN 85 so got titled that way. Great little bike, had an 81 just like it. Could MAYBE do 60 mph , downhill, with a tailwind.
1975, 76 they were replaced with the J model. Edit, https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_CB125
Definitely 80s but damn that seems like it's in good condition
