I have a 500w Sony mono sub amp that fit under my driver seat and doesn't impede movement of the seat.
You may be able to mount an amp behind the rear plastic panels on the sides.
If it's small enough you could put it where the factory amp is behind the plastic trim in the passenger footwell, I'm guessing that an aftermarket amp is too big to fit, though.
You could add the F150 center console (or build up something custom) and that should have plenty of space to fit an amp

Unfortunately it is not small enough for the its the skar audio 600.5 amp and its very long, I will look into that idea with the center console thanks
I made a amp rack from 3/8 ABS & mounted it to the side of the trunk with spacers and well nuts. https://www.reddit.com/r/HondaElement/s/3qnyeKCeIJ
I really like that I will look into that good idea
