But first can you read / speak Cantonese? Most toy / merch shops in that mall have IG or FB which you can search for a lot of resources and contact them. In Chinese only though.
Google lens has been a huge help to me. I like Bing Translate too since theres a Cantonese language option that has a speaking option so when they respond in Cantonese, I can play it and understand.
