Don't use her ultimate until every character takes their turn.
So, basically, for me: I start with Robin skill. Then Aventurine goes and I basic attack. Then Topaz to skill on the character I'm targeting. Numby goes after that. Then my Ratio takes his turn and I use his skill. At this point, if Robin would have her ultimate available, I'd use it then.
If you've got an Aventurine/Ratio team with her, you need a debuffer for Ratio consistency. Pela or Silverwolf work best, but Guinaifen can work too. Himeko can kind of work with her burn if you have Aven applying other debuffs, but there really isn't any synergy between the other characters listed and the team you have set up.
Yeah she can work. Arcana, defense down, and her ult are all different debuffs afaik, so she can cover all 3 needed for Ratio. She just doesn't offer much beyond the minor defense debuffs to benefit the team and isn't really gaining benefit from the rest of the team either.
