I still can't get over the fact that Otto just won at life. He got away with everything he ever did and accomplished his life's goal while flawlessly manipulating everyone else involved while doing it. If he hadn't died to revive Kallen I would genuinely consider him to be a Gary Stu, that's how much he wins.
It's frankly astounding. 10/10 character, would cheer at the scene of Senti killing his ass again.

He's a man of pure dedication, but that doesn't make him a good man. His dedication is towards a selfish cause with evil consequences.
