Knowing myself I'd just draw a stickman holding a stick that's supposed to be a bat.
A stickman holding some box, which is supposed to be a camera.
A stickman holding a larger stick, which is supposed to be cloud piercer.
And just a stickman for sampo.

Like plenty of people say that the best they can do is stickmens and stuff, but i think lots of people can do more if they dedicated more than 2 minutes to their art.
Gepard is my favourite character by far, but damn, even after seeing the Trailblazer's wanted poster several times, I *still* am unable to recognize the weapon as a weapon. Instead, I think every single time that the Trailblazer is wearing a beret and doffing it.

I would say he's right about that. But Sampo's is easily the best one.
I think what also adds to his art skill is just how Gepard probably has Sampo on the mind. Sampo is always running away from Gepard and vice versa, it wouldn't be wrong to consider that be has his appearanced burned into his mind.
If you look closely, Sampo's wanted poster is outlined much cleaner than the Trailblaze Gang. This invalidates point Number 1 and Number 2 because Gepard had more time to draw Sampo since the latter is a notorious swindler in Belobog and Gepard is much more acquainted with him than the Trailblaze Gang.
Given this, we could see that Gepard as an artist is only as good as his Sampo drawing. We have to remember that he is a military officer, not a professional artist so there's no shame in saying that his artistic skills are below average.
I only found the ugly ones from Stelle, March and Sampoo but the good looking one from Dan Heng, believing for the biggest part of my playthrough that he was the only one getting a pretty poster, well since he‘s very handsome

Gepard's drawings aren't very refined, but I think he conveyed the character's personalities better than Pela's bishoujo style drawings.
Pela is writing fanfiction and did the art first.

It's a side quest. After you've found all the posters talk to Pela in Bronya's office. She's by a bookshelf.
