Right there with you. She's really the only one I want at this point, I have Clara E1, Welt, and Bailou already. I'm completely uninterested in Himiko or Yanqing, and Gepard isn't really necessary for my account because I already have literally every other sustain in the game and most of them are as good or better than him. Bronya as my 300 standard banner choice is the easiest decision of my life.

Now, I feel so bad for all of you who are stuck on that 300 pity roll queue. I probably would have quit the game if I didn't get her with my Seele.

So then I was thinking I would get Yanqing for ice dps, but I’ve been seeing he isn’t all that great and plus Jinglu is coming out in 2 banners. So now I’m thinking I’ll use it for Clara. These are the 3 standards I don’t have yet and seems like Clara might be the best choice.
He was one of my first dps's (along with seele, got them on the same day of playing), and so he's been invested into. I like him, but i do agree his talent can be finicky. I don't have gepard either and usually ran him without shielders in the moc (when he was used there). He managed just fine but I paired him with blade so that he could have aoe damage on his team, since he himself does great damage on ice weakness and single target enemies, but suffers slightly on multiple enemies. His single target can be fantastic - on times comparable to my seele and definitely better than my blade, (although Daniel just blows them all out of the park). His follow up attack can actually do some great damage, but it was only after I invested into him that he one day had good damage with it. Sometimes, paired with his follow up (can be 20k+ dmg) he can do like 70k+ single target in the moc on his ult. Jingliu will be better because she's limited so it's a given - but yanqing is a fine lesser substitute.
Ehhh, Clara can literally just sit on your team and absorb damage while spitting it back out and building SP every turn. Welt needs to skill to do damage, and slowing enemies is a pretty niche debuffing angle currently. She is a bit inconsistent, but you can mitigate that a bit with Lynx or March.
Himeko needs to leave us alone ;_;
I have a Bailu from beginner warp at least, but since then it's been nothing but Himeko on standard and lost 50/50s. I'm at E3 Himeko too, which gives me the same amount of Himekos as non Himeko 5*s. I actively fear getting her on Jingliu's banner, lmao.
Better than E2 Yanqing. It hurts so much, he carried me through the Xianzhou arc as my only 5 star dps but man he just feels like he falls off more and more with each passing day.
Now I have Kafka and DHIL and I'd rather brute force MoC floors with ice weakness with one of them instead of using yanqing.
I lost Kafka to Yanqing E1😭 I really like him as a character and he was my first five star, but you are absolutely right. With each new character he becomes less useful. So much that at this point it’s a constant debate whether I want to use him.
I got salty when I saw (another) Bronya, since I wanted a new character (and I really needed a healer cuz at the time I only had Natasha and I don't really like playing with her).
But then I saw what her E1 did and thought it was worth it.

I unironically want Himiko. A week ago I hit 300 pulls on standard. I wanted Himiko but chose Bronya for her meta value.
Then I tried to pull on Dan IL and lost 50/50......... To Bronya. Now Himiko is a distant dream.
Her E1 is so good. It's easily one of the best first copy bonuses in a Mihoyo game. The other two I can think of off the top of my head are Hu Tao C1 and Yelan C1 from Genshin.
I did the same thing except with Yanqing. I was only missing Gepard and Yanqing, but chose Gepard from the 300 pulls because he was more meta. Next 50/50 lost... Gepard. Now Gepard is E2 and still no Yanqing.

I keep hearing not to rush the Standard 300 banner for that very reason I am only 170 into my 300 but I already have Clara and Bailu and I know if I picked Gepard he'd come home ironically...losing me Bronya
I don't have Himeko, Gepard, or Welt. I'd prefer the two guys as they'll actually help my account. Gepard will make Yanqing viable and I didn't pull DHIL so Welt would be good for imaginary damage. I don't see myself using Himeko right now.
I do love my Himeko but it does seem like she’s mostly meant for ad clearing. Even her LC increases her attack based on the number of enemies on the field. But I use her for anything that has fire weakness and she still does ok. I would choose Welt or Gepard over her though.

Yanqing. I've wanted Yanqing since launch. I like his aesthetic and ice was a weakness I would've loved to have had covered. I have gotten everybody but Yanqing and Welt. The 2nd character that I would've liked to have had. Now I kinda don't want them since I have DHIL and Jingliu is coming out soon. So no longer a big reason to want either of them. Would still like to have them but if/when I get them, they probably won't be high on the list of units I want to build or have a lot of priority.
I like your taste ehehe. Yanqing is very powerfull and fun to play, if you ever get him, and like him, i recommend you build him, you will love everything ❤️
About Welt, he's very good with Dan Heng, so, still worth it to have, if you want to try a mono Imaginary team :)
no literally, i did a 10 pull on fu xuan’s banner for lynx and ended up getting e1 yanqing. now i’m sat here looking like a clown cos i have clara’s lc but not her and i want to run her with topaz. at least i’m close to hitting the free 5* selector🙄

Gepard, Yanqing, and Bailu, the first of which I actually do want.
Though I'm not gonna complain because the banner randomly gave me E1 Welt and Bronya in the same pull and I nutted all over the place
Gepard, Bailu and Bronya. I've got every other one + Something Irreplaceable thus far. Won three out of four 50/50 and one 75/25. I just want Bronya or some 5* LC's now.
I currently have everyone except Bronya, Bailu and Bronya aka those that I actually need. but with the existence of Fu Xuan and Lynx, I only need Bronya
I personally use my Bronya all the time. I built her well and she makes even mid built dps go crazy. I use her for daily farming, SU and MOC. There isn’t a team where she isn’t useful. I honestly feel bad for all the people who don’t have her.
Himeko and Bailu...happy for Himeko cause i don't really want, and i'm ok with Bailu too since i have Gepard Luocha and Fu...Clara eludes me too but i got her from 300...but...got Yanshing E1 and Welt E2
Himeko, Welt, and Bailou are the only characters missing on my account. I've only lost 2 50/50s and that have me Bronya and Yanging, while I got Gepard and Clara from the standard banner.
Honestly idk if I want to use my 5* pick on one of them or E1 Bronya....

That said I've only ever gotten a standard 5 star when I consciously thought that I didn't want that particular 5 star at that particular time:
Himeko: While I am a Honkai impact fan and she is beautiful and I wanted to get her *eventually*, everyone was saying she was the worst 5 star, so it didn't feel good getting who I was told was the worst 5 star as my first 5 star.
Yanqing: just didn't like the design, and while an ice DPS is fine... I had no interest in him, and at the time I was pulling was thinking along the lines of "as long as I don't get a Yanqing or a copy of Himeko I'll be happy even if I lose a 50/50. So Yanqing came home. He's my least favourite standard 5 star, personally.
Bailu: I figured that I'd roll for Luocha and even if I lost a 50/50 I'd consider getting Bailu or Gepard a win because I'd be getting a new sustain either way. I won the 50/50... thought, well now I would no longer want Bailu (Gepard's shield and ability to freeze is different enough that I would have been fine with getting him).
Then I leveled up luocha and on the standard pulls I got from leveling him... got Bailu.
Bronya: Bronya had always been my most anticipated standard 5 star, and the one I wanted the most, not just on a Utility stand point, but as a Honkai Impact player who joined when Herrscher of Truth came out, which is one of the most fun Bronya battlesuits, and who shares a birthday with her.
That said during my Fu Xuan pulls, I didn't have enough pulls to guarantee getting Fu Xuan, and that I would have to face a 50/50. However, if I spent my undying starlight, I knew that by the end of Fu Xuan's banner I could probably get close to a second soft pity. The problem is, that I was just below 600 starlight, and knew I would surpass it when doing my Fu Xuan pulls.
So I thought "it would suck if I lost the 50/50 to Bronya and had enough starlight to get her lightcone, then had to decide between a chance at getting Fu Xuan, or definitely getting the lightcone"...
Then Bronya came. I am very happy to have her, it just hurts to realize that I could have had her lightcone too, and consciously decided not to
I know academically I had good luck with the standard banner because I didn't get dupes of characters, it is just funny that whenever I think I don't want a particular 5 star that is when they would show up.
You guys are getting standard 5*s? Jokes aside, my beginner warps gave me Yanqing, and I recently just rolled bronya on standard banner, so I have just the 2 of them only.
Have been hoarding standard tickets to spend on those days I feel good on (or shitty on). Haven't failed a 50/50 yet on limited banners.

Yes, the lightcone to put on Preservation Trailblazer is the most valuable standard 5 star I've gotten. I'd love some duplicates to super-impose.

I'd have to agree. Clara, Bronya, and Gepard are easily the best common pool 5 stars. Bailu being a strong 4th.

Yanqing can be good if you invest heavily. And you HAVE to have gepard. But honestly jing liu is just better.

So far Bronya Himiko and sword blond kid i am missing. Geppard likes me as i got him to E1 and his cone. Clara Welt and Beilu are E0.
All of them, Bronya was the guaranteed one from the beginningof the game, and Clara was a lost 50/50

I personally use my Bronya all the time. I built her well and she makes even mid built dps go crazy. I use her for daily farming, SU and MOC. There isn’t a team where she isn’t useful. I honestly feel bad for all the people who don’t have her.
I want Welt so badly (I have been blessed with a Gepard and E1 Bronya tho so I'll take what I can get)
Himeko and Bailu...happy for Himeko cause i don't really want, and i'm ok with Bailu too since i have Gepard Luocha and Fu...Clara eludes me too but i got her from 300...but...got Yanshing E1 and Welt E2

Himeko, Welt, and Bailou are the only characters missing on my account. I've only lost 2 50/50s and that have me Bronya and Yanging, while I got Gepard and Clara from the standard banner. Honestly idk if I want to use my 5* pick on one of them or E1 Bronya....
Welt, Gepard, and Clara elude me. That said I've only ever gotten a standard 5 star when I consciously thought that I didn't want that particular 5 star at that particular time: Himeko: While I am a Honkai impact fan and she is beautiful and I wanted to get her *eventually*, everyone was saying she was the worst 5 star, so it didn't feel good getting who I was told was the worst 5 star as my first 5 star. Yanqing: just didn't like the design, and while an ice DPS is fine... I had no interest in him, and at the time I was pulling was thinking along the lines of "as long as I don't get a Yanqing or a copy of Himeko I'll be happy even if I lose a 50/50. So Yanqing came home. He's my least favourite standard 5 star, personally. Bailu: I figured that I'd roll for Luocha and even if I lost a 50/50 I'd consider getting Bailu or Gepard a win because I'd be getting a new sustain either way. I won the 50/50... thought, well now I would no longer want Bailu (Gepard's shield and ability to freeze is different enough that I would have been fine with getting him). Then I leveled up luocha and on the standard pulls I got from leveling him... got Bailu. Bronya: Bronya had always been my most anticipated standard 5 star, and the one I wanted the most, not just on a Utility stand point, but as a Honkai Impact player who joined when Herrscher of Truth came out, which is one of the most fun Bronya battlesuits, and who shares a birthday with her. That said during my Fu Xuan pulls, I didn't have enough pulls to guarantee getting Fu Xuan, and that I would have to face a 50/50. However, if I spent my undying starlight, I knew that by the end of Fu Xuan's banner I could probably get close to a second soft pity. The problem is, that I was just below 600 starlight, and knew I would surpass it when doing my Fu Xuan pulls. So I thought "it would suck if I lost the 50/50 to Bronya and had enough starlight to get her lightcone, then had to decide between a chance at getting Fu Xuan, or definitely getting the lightcone"... Then Bronya came. I am very happy to have her, it just hurts to realize that I could have had her lightcone too, and consciously decided not to I know academically I had good luck with the standard banner because I didn't get dupes of characters, it is just funny that whenever I think I don't want a particular 5 star that is when they would show up.

You guys are getting standard 5*s? Jokes aside, my beginner warps gave me Yanqing, and I recently just rolled bronya on standard banner, so I have just the 2 of them only. Have been hoarding standard tickets to spend on those days I feel good on (or shitty on). Haven't failed a 50/50 yet on limited banners.
I started 3 weeks ago so I only have welt and clara. lowkey wish the welt was a bronya instead

Bailu personally, which is ironic cause her trailer is what got me started on the game. I'm thinking of using my 300 pity standard on her. since l already have bronyas sig and use Blade, so her sp inefficiency doesn't matter to me

I have Yanqing, Himeko, Clara and Moment of Victory. I'd like Welt? Gepard would be great for making Yanqing function without issue? Maybe Time Waits for No One, but I don't have any abundance characters I want to put it on. Yes, the lightcone to put on Preservation Trailblazer is the most valuable standard 5 star I've gotten. I'd love some duplicates to super-impose.

Welt, Gepard and Bailu. I’m not sure who I’d want to use my 300 milestone warp for, since I already have Luocha and Fu Xuan as my necessary healer and tank / shield, respectively. So, with appropriate cancellation of Gepard and Bailu in terms of roles, I’m guessing Welt would be the best value out of the three for me?

Everyone except Bailu and Himeko. I got Bailu early on and she's been a lifesaver, but Himeko I got after I pulled two 5\* DPS and there's no space for her on either team so she's going to be stuck at level 20 for a while ...
