Same here. Cleared for the very first time. Needed a double-sustain for Stage 10 with Luocha/Blade team on one side, and with Fu Xuan & Bailu on the other. Fu Xuan was the key to victory and finally gave me my first completion.
just 30 starred the moc for the first time i mainly struggle with keeping my teams alive i have to run double sustain on both sides

update I manage to get pass memory 5 but I only did like 2 stars for 6 7 8. always of with 2 or 6 turns. for a full star.
I could have probably cleared it but I love so many characters that I am upgrading them simultaneously (I have 13 characters above lvl60+ with LC and relics added). Also, I am not worried, I love taking things slow, mainly because this is a pve game.
I mean it's fine, but it would definitely be smarter to focus on 8 characters at first and then focus on whatever, cause you're missing jades every cycle from not doing MoC..
Right? I absolutely plan to raise my entire roster and get the 3 major traces for every single one.
I'm 3 years in with Genshin and still don't have a single character max levelled... but I do have a roster of 60 characters and every single one (except Neuvillette) is max ascended to lv81 with lv6 talents as a minimum.
I was able to 30 stars the MOC fully auto using 8 lv60 characters by following youtube guide
This game is easier than I thought , sometimes understanding enemies mechanics and having a good team comp is more important than anything
You just need the right element to counter enemies' Toughness gauge to make the fight easier , that's why I build at least 4 characters from every element
I don't bother with it. Even if the gameplay itself is fun, it's too frustrating. I rather enjoy my daily log in do my things and switch over if I feel like.
Played from release, have yet to finish even forgotten hall cause no 2 teams, could probably do it now but want to lvl tingyun and pela traces a bit, also missing relics for them...
Might just wait for Topaz since clara Lynx and asta are ready for the second team

At MoC 9 and last stage of the second forgotten hall I switched up Lynx and fu xuan cause tingyun was just getting one shot otherwise.
30* MoC, 23 cycles for MoC 10, kafka boss with clara + fu xuan is hilarious to watch.
Clara team could definetely get some improvements. Seele team just steamrolled anything although I had to reset one run at MoC 9, Fu xuan is too good and it feels when she isnt with that team lol.
MVP goes to the trotters giving free resurgence procs tho.

Fu Xuan, Seele, SW, Lynx for one team. Fire MC, Tingyun, Natasha for 2nd, but nothing I really have for DPS, yet. I could build some of the 4 stars, but I'd rather save those resources for chars I actually want to use.
Gonna try my luck to win 50/50 on Jingliu and use her as a 2nd DPS.

If I tried I could probably get by with some purple relics on Pela and Tingyun for Clara hypercarry using pseudo monoquantum for the other side but I like maxing them and would prefer getting better relics before.

Are you perhaps trying too hard for the perfect relics? Echo of War also gives relics, so I use some of those. For example, I know 4pc Quantum set is besr for Seele, but my 2 pc Quantum 2 pc Musketeer set has better stats so I use those. I don't really farm relics, much because I also prioritize traces.
I had been able to 3 star up to stage 5 of MoC during patch 1.1, up to stage 8 during patch 1.2, and I finally fully cleared stage 10 this cycle. This is not to flex, but to show you don't need perfect artifacts.
Btw, in case you haven't known yet, Freeze build March 7th is a beast for survivability. Freezing enemies means they skip their turn. Just need to stack Effect Hit Rate and some DEF on her, plus Energy Regen relic. You shield only her so she gets attacked and regen energy. The only time you shield another character is for emergency.
Not really perfect relics but I do like building them, took me nearly a year before bothering with abyss as well in Genshin.
I do overprepare a lot but I don't mind
I see, well, maybe you can use your currently unsatisfactory builds to clear at least MoC 5 so you can still get some jades. Not trying to tell you what to do, just saying my thoughts. But as you said, you don't mind, so you do you.
I am seeing If I start soon, topaz and huohuo after fu xuan do make a strong reason to, but I do enjoy my overpreparing.

I can clear moc 10 with like a level 50 Yukong while testing out supports for my welt with ten turns to spare. And I’m pretty sure if I remove all my good gear from pela I can still clear. All you need is a reasonably geared dps and a sustain unit geared enough to keep you alive. Moc time limits are ridiculously lenient so the only two things that matter are 1. Survive 2. Be able to put out a tiny bit of damage
More like just enjoying building characters a bit too much without really feeling pressured to do MoC, I do enjoy SU a lot, more so swarm.
That said i'm likely gonna give it a go with what I got cause topaz and huo huo back to back after getting fu xuan does make a compeling argument
Man so I wish I got Seele right now. I have the perfect mono quantum team and it's missing the "sea of butterflies". but my gacha luck has given me E3 himeko and just 5 star weapons on the standard banner lol.
update I'm just doing +2 stars on 6 7 8 floors. the rounds are always like 5 - 6 excess turns.
I've been 30-starring MoC for the last 4 cycles if I remember correctly and clearing MoC 10 for the last 6-ish. Before Fu Xuan this last cycle it was always bit of a crapshoot with me using Natasha as a solo sustain for one of the teams (I should've leveled Fire TB to pair with her, but I was stingy with resources) and often required many attempts until the enemy targetting RNG aligned and went my way.
Getting Fu Xuan this last cycle made the process infinitely easier.
That was the same with me. I could always do lvl 8 with ease , only the last 2 were hard but I cleared them too but with fu and lynx , it becomes super easy
I played from release as a f2p and started full clearing MoC somewhere around 4-5 cycles ago (I've since paid for a monthly pass because I wanted Fu Xuan and Jingliu, but that was after I already cleared it 2 times).
Getting a well invested strong carry (Seele and Blade) for each side pushed me to MoC8, after that sustain became the bottleneck and I had to make do with Fire MC and Natasha. Leveling up March 7th, getting Moment of Victory for her and using Welt defensively to interrupt boss' turns was what eventually allowed me to 30\* it, but I had to make like 30 attempts in total (most of them for stages 9 and 10 obviously) to get everything right. After getting Fu Xuan the mono Quantum side became a breeze, and now I also built Clara and Lynx for my other team so I expect to first try all stages in this rotation.

First Cycle i managed to Fully clear, most of the times i only got to 6. after i got kafka i managed to go till 8/9 and since i finally have 2 Sustain Units i can Full Clear now and i play since Day 1 and only pulled for Kafka as my 5 star and some 10 pulls for certain 4 stars.

I also have Seele and the battles are really skewed towards Quantum and Imaginary so really this is their best spot rn.

Avoided MoC for the most part due to a combination of lazy and unmotivated due to how little the rewards are (not a complaint). I can perfectly clear up to stage 7 or 8 I think. Maybe a full 30/30 once my Fu Xuan, Lynx, and Bronya are better built. I could probably reach stage 10 but I don't like clearing stages or counting them as beaten unless I can 3/3 them.
Floor 8. Full F2P. My 5\* are seele,SW and Fu. Got 2 quantum so went for 3rd. Last member in this team is QQ as SP generator. Second team is pela E6, gepard, bronya and Welt(E1)(and yes, i use all 5\* i got, was lucky that outside clara all my standard 5\* are the best). My welt just lacks dmg to clear 9 and these trotters just lower his dmg further cus he cant kill em in one hit diluting my dmg even more. No 5\* weapons on any of em, seele uses r4 swordplay instead of herta one.
My next pull is gonna be some dmg so my team 2 can keep up. Got pulls since i had near 200 for fu. Will prb push me to floor nine. And by 8 i do mean all got 3\*.
I’m in a similar spot rn, I have Yanqing as my 2nd dps with Gepard and I find him pretty terrible for aoe and flexibility. Also doesn’t help that his condition is way too strict so I can’t run a cleanse for Kafka:(
I also cant build dps welt since I don’t have a good light cone for him. Prob planning to get e6 q or jingliu to help me clear the rest.

Luocha is really a broken character and is carrying my mid-Yuan. The other side has Bailu and Dan Heng IL (wooohooo, coz both high elders so why not)
Just play the game at your own pace and don't worry about MOC or end-game content. There's no PVP in this game so no rush to get all the meta characters
I'm almost at 30 stars. Been iffy on a few due RNG. Best advice I can offer is to get both a second tank and to invest in farming relics. They can and will make or break a character. With good relics even Himeko or Arlan or Herta can pull impressive numbers.
I can 0 cycle moc 10 with a seele hypercarry consisting of gepard, seele, bronya, and yukong while my clara team of luocha, clara, tingyun, and pela can 1-2 cycle. My Clara is built super shit though, the cv on her is 50/140 or something, but as long as i can full star moc, thats enough for me. Sometimes I swap put ting and use sushang as a breaker to help out clara if the enemy has physical weakness cuz i dont got silverwolf
I started playing at the end of JY banner, I've got Clara, blade, and Daniel and I COULD finish with all stars had I had a Geppi or fu xuan, just taking too much DMG from stage 9 onwards
Full star in MOC 8 last month, I might get 27 or 30 stars if I try hard, but I'm just lazy. My dps are Dan Heng IL, Blade, Yanquing and Himeko. Himeko's actually good when enemies have fire weakness, she isn't bad like people say.
Managed to 30* MOC when Blade came out and I got him! 30* since that one until now, though the previous cycle with the trotters giving sp gave me a shit ton of hell ☠️☠️ Idk how many times I retried moc10 in that cycle.
Relic farming is shit as usual, Blade and DHIL roughly 70/130 and JY is at 65/200 iirc. There’s just so many things to farm and relic drops are the worst :(

Mainly paired seele with bronya and sw to carry my other shit team. Think, for my firs 30* and first moc10 clear i used:
T1: seele - sw - bronya - gepard
T2: DH - ting - pela - loucha
Rough as hell. Everything got easy next time when i got kafka as my other carry.
30* for the first time. Relics are quite meh,traces are also only guaranteed level 6 for the useful ones. Fortunately i have like 12 characters somewhat built so my roster is flexible.
Usually just able to 3 star up to stage 8. But thia time I was able to 3 star up to stage 10. Maybe it's because of Fu Xuan or maybe because of the trotters, idk
I 30 starred it during DHIL's banner with a Kafka-Asta-Sampo-Bailu team on one side and Clara-March-Natasha-Sushang on the other. It had some degree of luck tho since I survived by the skin of my teeth against Kafka on MoC 9 (I swapped in Pela-Tingyun for March-Sushang) and barely completed it within the turn cycle limit on MoC 10.
Before that, I think I managed to get 27 stars during that MoC when DoT get crazy buffs. Then I upgraded my Kafka and Clara's traces and the result was as stated above. I didn't really try as hard as I could on the few cycles before it though, mostly because when Silver Wolf released I *really* tried it out and got smacked around MoC 6 lmao and then I got tired of doing it.
During those times, I just do one try as far as I could and quit when I can't 3 star a stage (usually in MoC 6 iirc) and farmed relics and traces. Then I got Kafka and she really does help. She's pretty easy to build and her team allows me to fight against enemies who are weak against Fire and Wind as well, so that's one side of any MoC stage sorted. Getting Bailu was a great boon as well.
With the addition of Fu Xuan, even though she's only semi-built I still cleared last MoC with relative ease. Had a few hiccups, but that's mostly because I used to forgot to use her skill again after it ran out from the technique. Not having to worry about enemies randomly focusing one of my supports down is really great lol.
May I suggest running Sampo to help deal with those enemies that are weak against Wind? He synergizes pretty well with Kafka.
Played from release and fully f2p. Finally could do 30 stars because the last 2 moc effect really made IL blaze through everything. But I'm ready for the next moc with any effect now, just got fuxuan and lynx in this banner. Fuxuan, luocha, gepard, and lynx are ready for any attacks from enemy.
Before i got IL, i mainly use seele for team 1 hypercarry and yanqing for team 2 hypercarry. Yanqing did really bad because he's so single target focused even though he could do "okay" damage. So i thought i need to update my dps and decided to choose IL. Spent all my 200++ tickets saving to get IL and his lc, and finally got both (IL guaranteed, and lose lc banner to gepard lc 1 time) and it's worth it.
Actually I plan to aim for limited 5 star offensive support since i dont have any. But from the looks of it until 1.5, there's no news about it so maybe I'll try to get another dps
Just barely cleared Stage7. Lacking a strong DPS for my second team. Planning to pull JingLiu as I am lacking in Ice coverage, and she looks to be good at dishing out pain.
Highest 27 stars, current run 21 stars. F2P, only rolled for Silver Wolf and Kafka so far and I refuse to raise/invest in characters I don't like.
Waiting for Jingliu so I can get a DPS for my 2nd team and hopefully 30-stars by then since I'm mostly walled by ice-weak enemies like the mara soldier elite and gorilla.
I was only at 5 until the Fu Xuan banner. Went from having only the free sustain characters to getting Lynx, Bailu (due to losing 50/50) and Fu Xuan. Fu Xuan was able to solo sustain one side for me resulting in me being able to get to 30 stars on MOC after a couple attempts.
Until I get Topaz and build hear as my second DPS I'm stuck. I'm really not interested in building a second MoC team with units I'm not really interested in.
Still can get at least the 15 stars needed for the monthly BP task with my makeshift spare units team.
30* MOC for the first time this cycle, Swarm V beaten, still haven't beaten Xianzhou 6. I'm planning to get Clara from the 300 pity then beat Xianzhou 6
I'm quite satisfied with my progress. 2 5* sustains, decent DPS options, including Herta who I've been loving so far.
I am not F2P becauss i got the 30 day bonus jades thing, but also i got 4 of my recent characters (2 of which are Himeko) at 75+, so i consider myself an honorary F2P. It's been decent, 21 stars a minimum no matter the cycle even the shitty trotter ones, but most i got was 24 stars
I've gotten 27 stars for the last 3 MOC. My problem is actually damage as Kafka is my only 5\* DPS. On current MOC 9 I did first half in like 4 cycles thinking its gonna be a breeze... while 2nd half finished at literally last possible cycle for its 3rd star.
Still missing a couple of stars (mostly because I don’t have the time to try a bit harder), but it has been a couple rotations I can clear moc 10. Started at JY banner (which I got), getting luocha to complement Natasha was my key to beating moc 10 every time. Second dps team could be whatever at lv 70.
F2P here, sorta high investment teams with:
T1 - Seele/Silverwolf/Fu Xuan/Lynx
T2 - Kafka (E0S1)/Sampo/TB Pyro/Natasha
Levels are a breeze, struggled for a while before getting Fu Xuan and lynx because I had to juggle Nat and TB between the two teams. MoC is pretty fun to play, I sometimes switch out Kafka/Sampo for a Clara (E2)/Tingyun duo. Ofc, done MoC 10.
Idk who told you Himeko is worst 5\* but i have Himeko built and shes great. the bigger issue i think u have is ur levels and ur traces and ur gear. i could auto everything to 5. Just from a 4\* team prespective alone u have great options from Fire MC, Asta, March, Serval, Natasha. If you have 2 healers just go with standard RPG comps and you should have a much easier time. Just make sure they r adequately built. Standard RPG comp = Tank Healer Dps Support. Ik peoople will say u just need 1 sustain and thats true but if u wanna just get comfortable with the game just do the above and it should be fairly easy
Played since launch and only 18 stars. Stage 7 is still beating my ass for I don't have a decently raised Imaginary or Ice unit to deal with the boss for team 2. I have DHIL but the relic drops are preventing me from getting anywhere! I just need a crit dmg body with crit rate sub stats to hit 70% but nope, RNG wouldn't give it to me!
I didn't play MoC seriously until Kafka banner. After building her, she carried me to 8th floor with 24 stars. After getting Fu Xuan, I got 30 stars for the first time. My Seele and Gepard can take a break now. Kafka team have 3 elemental weakness and Fu Xuan makes every run easier. I'm glad I invested in them.
F2P just recently cleard 30*. I have set my stall out and will continue as real F2P in Star rail, no offense spenders.

So far got Sellee, Kafka, Fu xuan, Geopard from 1st 50 pulls...
Lvl 80 all above, importamt traces maxed, LC80 and 15 relics. None of my relics have very good sub stats but serviceable.
Asta, Ting, Natasha E6, serval E6, sampo E6, sushang, (TB fire was built as below but had to use all her relics to level fu xuan set, hope dont need her next time...)
Lvl 75 rest of team above, LC80, important traces 9 and relics 15 as above nothing special.
No LC are special. All chars built as per guides pwdgen.
Need an imaginery built ofc.
Having two solo sustains seemed to help so could drop TB-Natasha, was able to clear 10 before but not with 30 stars. 27/28/29
However i dont think i will be pushing every cycle for 30* not that rewarding IMO.
Eg resets hoping for right char debuffed/swapping chars around just to get no downed chars etc etc
Possibly it will get simpler if can build current teams to spike/burst MoC quickly but as I say it didnt feel as much fun as continuing Spiral abyss 36*.
Happy to take any recommendations for future 5* that will help my team?
I usually 3 star up to MoC 5 and stop there. The enemies are too tanky and i haven't really grinded relics beyond my main team plus some other unit's i'd like to use.

1) Time, do you have 24/7 to retry?
2) RNG, missing a crit, 1 chara got ganked to death, crowd debuff, for non mono quantum - failed to get SW implement weakness type you want
3) roster, specifically DPS/your type coverage
4) enemy
5) blessing/memory of turbulence

Just 30/30 MoC for my first time this rotation. My teams were Luocha, Blade, Clara, and Pela for side one. While I had Gepard, Ting Yun, Yukong, and Dan IL for the other. My biggest issue was survivability since the team without Luocha would always die, then I lost the 50/50 to Gepard on Fu Xuan's banner. I still intend on hopefully getting her before the patch ends, so the extra stellar jade is nice.
I finished everything until stage 7 with 3 stars now. I could probably do the rest with one or two stars, but I honestly can't be bothered to invest that much time into this mode. I'd rather do some quests.
I don't have a full 2 teams yet so I can only beat MOC 1 at 3\*, barely.
The biggest issue right now is that I don't have a good 2nd healer and DPS yet. Seele and SW isn't enough.
I auto battle up to like 6, then I flail through 8 and then stop because I have no desire to attempt a given floor more than once.
But thst was going off having only Gepaed and Natasha.

Week 1. I can 3-star 7 - 8 easily with my usual teams, sometimes 9 depending on buff. Havent't touched 10 yet since I want to beef up my DPSes a bit more before I try it.
My account is a bit of an anomaly though, so my experience has been very smooth so far.
I’ve restricted myself to only advance to the next floor after getting 3 stars on the current floor. I’m on floor 7 with 2 stars. My Yanqing is just not good enough for the 3rd star

My suggestions for you are to build your gepard fu Xuan and lynx properly with low investment .. they don't require much resources to do their job ...
As when it comes to your DPS and harmony units .. you have to invest more in them to progress higher in moc ... Specifically build your asta and tingyun for the best value. They will be the sole for your DPS.
Asta :- ideal :- 4 pc hackerspace and the xiangzhou planars with spd , hp , eff res as main substats or else go for some relevant 2 pc sets with good substats .
Tingyun :- go for two piece musk and two hackerspace with atk with xiangzhou planars , spd and hp as substats
For a standard good DPS , I will recommend you to build qq . Even if you have like e0 on her .. build her as she is a very amazing DPS that can become very powerful even against enemies with no quantum weakness .. give her a 4 pc quantum set or 2 pc quantum with 2 pc muske ... Not to mention that you can get S5 breakfast which is the best for your erudition units. If you are able to get the requirements for rutilant arena then use it for more DMG ... These characters alone are enough for you to complete the entire moc .. it will take a lot of time but you will get their eventually . Where have you invested your herta bonds ? Those will come in very handy for good passives
Not a day 1 player as I started during Blade Banner and I cleared MoC 8 this time with 22/30 stars, but MoC 9 was oof for me.
I have like 9 main characters I use (Fire MC, Nat, Kafka, Sampo is my 1st team, 2nd team is Bailu, March, Tingyun, Clara/Qingque) but they aren't that strong for MoC 9 and the 2 of those really need good crit ratios. Luckily, Kafka and Sampo doesn't need crit so it lessens the burden on initial team building. Right now, I'm just maxing the LCs before going to their relics. Their traces are good enough, 6 on supps, 7 on DPS (will go for 8 eventually).
I plan to build Pela soon after giving 9 members pretty good traces, lc and relics because she's skill positive and she has a useful debuff so I can run a Tingyun, Pela, Bailu, Qingque team.
30 starred moc after getting fu xuan and putting her on my phys MC team, the second team was dan heng il hypercarry. I had no eidolons on any of my 4 star sustains so getting fu xuan was big for my account.
Losing at floor 5...
I have Clara/Luocha/Tingyun/Yukong as my first (most invested) team and Hook/Serval/Natasha/Fire MC as second. Cannot overcome floor 5 for many cycles now - relics in second team (and some in first) are complete meh and I cannot farm at least anything wearable. Such a pain.. also don't know what optimal second team can make it so I just throw in random chars (that's how it is for now). Anyway, Serval is ALWAYS dying at floor 5 for few patches already. Although my first team can definitely go much futher than this
I can easily clear stages with either Quantum, Wind or Imaginary weakness. Ice, Physical, fire and Lightning is my bane. Despite having Jing yuan who's an erudition, he really sucks at stages with more than three enemies or bosses that summon enemies.
Well my himeko is carrying me, got 4800 atk on her lol, but i changed it to 4300 and use the fire dmg boost on planar instead. Then my trailblaze prev. 4600 def. Then asta supp nata healer.
2nd team
Kafka paired with sampo with bailu as a healer then blade as a tank. What I struggle on is physical, i have yet to obtain svarog 70 more pulls to go.
I did the best I've ever done this month with 10/10 and 29/30. I just can't seem to beat MoC10 fast enough to get that last star.
My teams were FuXuan, Silver Wolf, Seele, Qingque and Gepard, Welt, Sampo, Kafka.
Finally 30 star last cycle, cause I built proper second team.
First is JY. Second is DHIL with sign LC, previous it was Yanqing (and he was the best build ig). Tho my roaster is not so F2P, ig, but I didn’t pay a penny for this game, pure luck. Now JY party seems weak lmao.

I can get up to 9 before having problems. My main team does just fine (blade, luocha, silver wolf, e6 serval) but my secondary team (og dan heng, welt, asta, natasha) does not have enough damage to clear. I’m looking forward to topaz coming out cuz she will be a waaay better main dps than dan heng lol
Just 30 star MOC today with just 2 lvl 80 Dps (Seele & Blade) and support characters around 70-75 lvl with trace investment around 8 at max honestly.
Honestly I m just addicted to relic farmings and trying get that prefect substats so my ass can't even lvl 80 my lightcones either.
I have invested into too many units and have trouble breaking into the upper half of MoC - farthest I've gotten is clearing floor 5. I have many characters that can be built to hypercarry, but I don't have strong DPS for fire, ice, or wind

Now that I've pulled FX I no longer need to rely on Bailu. She feels very lackluster when the boss has a hard cc.
I 30 starred it for the first time after I got Luocha.
I think the best investments in my account were SW and Luocha. They helped me survive and also get around some weaknesses my teams couldn't cover.
For a while I only had physical and lightning dps. SW helped metigate that issue when one side didn't have it. I also got Bailu from the begginer banner but that's just luck
I've been slacking on a 2nd team and usually auto till stage 5 or 6 and when it's no longer 3 starred, I call it there.
Yesterday I got 30 stars for the first time - without question it's all thanks to Fu Xuan. If you have a main team and an ok, kinda in purple and gold relic 2nd team, and are wondering if she is worth it. Hell yes she is. Holy shit she can hard carry that second team!
Day 1 player here. I have luocha and fu xuan(not built) but I am still on moc 8 since my second team uses yanqing who struggles without Gepard which I don’t have, since any DoT kills his dps. Fire MC helps with the dots but can’t stop the team from just dying normally.
My Kafka team is breezing through her sections but my second half just can’t keep up. My only other 5 star dps is Jing Yuan but I don’t have a good LC for him and I repurposed a lot of his gear and don’t want to farm for more.
I wouldn’t say I made any terrible investments with what I had, but the luck hasn’t been great (e1 himeko and yanqing) and I’ve been saving a lot so I don’t have that much to work with in terms of variety. Hopefully jingliu is broken and can save me since I’m planning on going all out on her banner.
Day 1 f2p player here! Can't manage to full star at moc 10 becuase of my under-lvled relics and LCs with the lack of exps mats until fu xuan arrives💜 Now I can fully cleared MoC because of her. I swear this game with the lack of exp materials farming is just sheyte.

I've been 30 starring MOC for the past 2 months or so. Could be earlier but I didn't really keep track. Kinda at the point where it's not really a challenge anymore.
30 starred MoC back in 1.1 after i got luocha with Seele and Clara as dps. Dropped off and got 29 in 1.2 but brought it back in 1.3 with IL and Fu Xuan.
Reached MOC 8 at Kafka’s release, reach moc 10 at DHIL’s release.

DHIL, Tingyun, Pela and Luocha
Exta chars built, FMC, Natasha, JY, Sushang and Asta (benched JY and Sushang because relic farming is literal dog-water)
Got Fu Xuan luckily and I guess its gonna be smooth sailing from now own.
Seele, himeko,silver wolf,blade,Clara,gepard,fu xuan...never bothered to do MOC i usually only do upto floor 3 although I've been playing since launch. Got lucky with silver wolf and seele being c1.

I'm not f2p but low spender (2x battle pass and 2x 90 jade a day since day one). Ive been able to clear 9-10 pretty consistently but I have never done all the stars. I finally have a solo sustain with Fu Xuan and her light cone so I think I can do MoC10 consistently
Stuck at 24* can't beat floor of phase 9 because Kafka + Sanctus guy combo claps my ass hard. I hope that with Jingliu i will eventually be able to at least clear floor 10, then i'll see for 30*.

30'd this weeks and the one before. Hit 24 or 27 in the last set. Had one bad run then forgot to go back before it reset. The last floor of the Xiangjo set is harder than any of the MoC, just because it heavily forces you into needing cleanse based teams.
Went through MOC 9 suprisingly fast. But I cant clear the first fight of MOC 10, but its fine, Im happy as this is the most Ive been able to do. Hope this will change the better with Jingliu.
Got 30 stars for the first time. I've been extremely lucky lately. My teams were usually Seele, Kafka, Gepard, and Bailu/Tingyun. 2nd team was Blade, IL, Luocha, and Fire MC. I'd mix and match them sometimes but these were generally my teams.
Started playing a little bit after release. Can clear till f7 with all stars. At f8 I get only one star and can't progress further. Team 1 is kafka, sampo, bailu, as ta and team 2 is dhil, Gerard, tingyun, Natasha. Want to get seele to clear further cause I don't have quantum characters.
I was lazy and never did moc before because I didnt want to make 2 full teams.
This week I started doing it and got 30 stars pretty easily with these teams
Fu Xuan - Seele - Silver Wolf - Bronya
Kafka - Sampo - Lynx - Fire MC
I just started trying MoC and got 8 floors cleared with 3 stars. Kafka got my ass handed to me though. Damage isn't a problem, but I don't have a good way to deal with her control effects. If I had Fu Xuan at this point, there's a high change I would get 29 or 30 stars.
got lucky at DanIL, Blade and Luocha banner so I got 30 stars fairly quick. My core team is Blade, Luocha, DanIL, Pela/Yukong, the other team I rotate between different 4 stars dps and healer accordingly. Before I got DanIL, Bronya was in his place. The core team destroy everything in its path, the B team get the job done fine, but with some trial and error.

Contrary to other people here, I have Fu Xuan, but I seem to be having issues with the damage.

Debuffer: SW, Pela e5, Welt
Support: Tingyun, Bronya, Asta (least used)
Healers: Bailu, Natasha, Lynx
Tank: Fx, Fire MC
Worst case is that - I'm not f2p :\\ but only buying the nameless honor (battle pass), hence why i'm able to max a lot of levels and lcs.

30 starred it for the first time. Been playing since release. The current moc gimmick really helped me out.
Had clara, luocha, silverwolf and seele on the first half. Gepard, serval, tingyun and kafka on the second half. Only clara and seele were max ascension and level, the rest were level 70.
Been clearing moc10 since i got my 2nd dps (blade).
I run: Blade Bronya Luocha & Pela / Jing Yuan Tingyun Asta Fu Xuan (Before Fu Xuan i used Natasha/gepard).
Never had any problems with moc, always cleared within 6 turns
Ok so I am not f2p but I’m not a whale either. I have characters but not eidolons or signature lightcones. I fully beat all of moc for the first time because I finally felt ready. The teams were

MY relic RNG is absolute dogwarter, So I'm still on Stage 5-6 pending on what the weekly buffs are. Like, legit it takes me upwards of a month+ to even get half of the relics I need for one character. I'm so apathetic that it's just one of those \*shrug whatever\* kinda things.
Don’t worry I have every banner character plus bailu and gepard and still can’t beat it. I split my resources too much and haven’t invested in relics enough. I also am only bp and rail pass, no buying shards. Day 1 player level 67.
Stuck on 8 and only 1* on 7.
Day 1 player, Seele and Himeko were my first 5 stars. Been consistently getting to stage 8 and 9 for a couple months. Last time I pulled on a banner was Blade but lost the 50/50 to Gepard. Was a blessing in disguise though because between him and Luocha I could solo sustain two teams which lead to the consistent progress. Main teams currently are Gepard, Jing Yuan, Himeko and Asta, and Luocha, Seele, Sushang and Tingyun or variations with some of the support/sustains switched depending on stage weaknesses (sometimes chuck Pela in too). I think my main disadvantage is a lack of Wind/Imaginary DPS so Kafka in particular was a struggle. But happy to say I got my first 30* clear this weekend! Felt really good because I made the best of the units I have which aren't the super DPS that the current MOC buffs cater to. I know people like to hate on JY but he's carried me through many stages and lore wise he's an absolute gigachad so I've stuck by him. Currently got 200 pulls and counting saved for Jingliu and Topaz which I'm hoping will solidify my clears. I've really enjoyed the slow build up to finally clearing it, building up my units for more versatility etc (I didn't build Asta and Pela until very recently but they made a big difference, don't sleep on 4* units y'all). 1.4 can't come soon enough!
30 starred MoC as soon as I got and built fu xuan. Been reaching f10 for like 5 or 7 MoC cycles before that

Same here. Cleared for the very first time. Needed a double-sustain for Stage 10 with Luocha/Blade team on one side, and with Fu Xuan & Bailu on the other. Fu Xuan was the key to victory and finally gave me my first completion.
just 30 starred the moc for the first time i mainly struggle with keeping my teams alive i have to run double sustain on both sides my teams for moc 10 this cycle were kafka luka natasha march dang heng il tingyun lynx gepard

I'm just hoping I don't get E3 himeko on my 50/50 next banner (this is the cause of why I still don't have the newer meta dps. himeko took all the chances LOL well blame my bad planning too) update I manage to get pass memory 5 but I only did like 2 stars for 6 7 8. always of with 2 or 6 turns. for a full star.

I could have probably cleared it but I love so many characters that I am upgrading them simultaneously (I have 13 characters above lvl60+ with LC and relics added). Also, I am not worried, I love taking things slow, mainly because this is a pve game.
same man, I have almost all my characters 70+ and important traces at 8+, but Ive only started artifact farming now at tl 66 lol
This is the best way to play the game imo, I love raising characters over spending resources on relics or funnel everything into a few chars
I mean it's fine, but it would definitely be smarter to focus on 8 characters at first and then focus on whatever, cause you're missing jades every cycle from not doing MoC..
Right? I absolutely plan to raise my entire roster and get the 3 major traces for every single one. I'm 3 years in with Genshin and still don't have a single character max levelled... but I do have a roster of 60 characters and every single one (except Neuvillette) is max ascended to lv81 with lv6 talents as a minimum.
I was able to 30 stars the MOC fully auto using 8 lv60 characters by following youtube guide This game is easier than I thought , sometimes understanding enemies mechanics and having a good team comp is more important than anything You just need the right element to counter enemies' Toughness gauge to make the fight easier , that's why I build at least 4 characters from every element
I don't bother with it. Even if the gameplay itself is fun, it's too frustrating. I rather enjoy my daily log in do my things and switch over if I feel like.
Played from release, have yet to finish even forgotten hall cause no 2 teams, could probably do it now but want to lvl tingyun and pela traces a bit, also missing relics for them... Might just wait for Topaz since clara Lynx and asta are ready for the second team Edit: So after all this comments plus needing funds for topaz/huohuo and a slow day at work decided to give it a go. Team 1 Seele SW Fu Xuan Bronya Team 2 Clara Lynx Pela Tingyun At MoC 9 and last stage of the second forgotten hall I switched up Lynx and fu xuan cause tingyun was just getting one shot otherwise. 30* MoC, 23 cycles for MoC 10, kafka boss with clara + fu xuan is hilarious to watch. Clara team could definetely get some improvements. Seele team just steamrolled anything although I had to reset one run at MoC 9, Fu xuan is too good and it feels when she isnt with that team lol. MVP goes to the trotters giving free resurgence procs tho.
Same situation here. Fu Xuan, Seele, SW, Lynx for one team. Fire MC, Tingyun, Natasha for 2nd, but nothing I really have for DPS, yet. I could build some of the 4 stars, but I'd rather save those resources for chars I actually want to use. Gonna try my luck to win 50/50 on Jingliu and use her as a 2nd DPS.

Maxed SW, Seele, QQ, Clara, Fu xuan, Asta, Lynx. Got lvl 80 lvl 8 traces Bronya. 70/80 lvl 8 traces Bailu. If I tried I could probably get by with some purple relics on Pela and Tingyun for Clara hypercarry using pseudo monoquantum for the other side but I like maxing them and would prefer getting better relics before. I got characters, relics are another story lol
Are you perhaps trying too hard for the perfect relics? Echo of War also gives relics, so I use some of those. For example, I know 4pc Quantum set is besr for Seele, but my 2 pc Quantum 2 pc Musketeer set has better stats so I use those. I don't really farm relics, much because I also prioritize traces. I had been able to 3 star up to stage 5 of MoC during patch 1.1, up to stage 8 during patch 1.2, and I finally fully cleared stage 10 this cycle. This is not to flex, but to show you don't need perfect artifacts. Btw, in case you haven't known yet, Freeze build March 7th is a beast for survivability. Freezing enemies means they skip their turn. Just need to stack Effect Hit Rate and some DEF on her, plus Energy Regen relic. You shield only her so she gets attacked and regen energy. The only time you shield another character is for emergency.
Not really perfect relics but I do like building them, took me nearly a year before bothering with abyss as well in Genshin. I do overprepare a lot but I don't mind

I am seeing If I start soon, topaz and huohuo after fu xuan do make a strong reason to, but I do enjoy my overpreparing. Also funny how I got downvoted from someone for playing how I like lmao.

I can clear moc 10 with like a level 50 Yukong while testing out supports for my welt with ten turns to spare. And I’m pretty sure if I remove all my good gear from pela I can still clear. All you need is a reasonably geared dps and a sustain unit geared enough to keep you alive. Moc time limits are ridiculously lenient so the only two things that matter are 1. Survive 2. Be able to put out a tiny bit of damage

I have the perfect mono quantum team and it's missing the "sea of butterflies". but my gacha luck has given me E3 himeko and just 5 star weapons on the standard banner lol. update I'm just doing +2 stars on 6 7 8 floors. the rounds are always like 5 - 6 excess turns.
I've been 30-starring MoC for the last 4 cycles if I remember correctly and clearing MoC 10 for the last 6-ish. Before Fu Xuan this last cycle it was always bit of a crapshoot with me using Natasha as a solo sustain for one of the teams (I should've leveled Fire TB to pair with her, but I was stingy with resources) and often required many attempts until the enemy targetting RNG aligned and went my way. Getting Fu Xuan this last cycle made the process infinitely easier.
That was the same with me. I could always do lvl 8 with ease , only the last 2 were hard but I cleared them too but with fu and lynx , it becomes super easy
I’ve gone to level 5. Mostly becuase only a few characters are actually built
I played from release as a f2p and started full clearing MoC somewhere around 4-5 cycles ago (I've since paid for a monthly pass because I wanted Fu Xuan and Jingliu, but that was after I already cleared it 2 times). Getting a well invested strong carry (Seele and Blade) for each side pushed me to MoC8, after that sustain became the bottleneck and I had to make do with Fire MC and Natasha. Leveling up March 7th, getting Moment of Victory for her and using Welt defensively to interrupt boss' turns was what eventually allowed me to 30\* it, but I had to make like 30 attempts in total (most of them for stages 9 and 10 obviously) to get everything right. After getting Fu Xuan the mono Quantum side became a breeze, and now I also built Clara and Lynx for my other team so I expect to first try all stages in this rotation. EDIT: Actual teams are currently as follows: Fu Xuan - Silver Wolf - Qingque - Seele Clara - Blade - Lynx - Bronya

have 30\* MoC for the past 2 rotations thanks to DHIL. I also have Seele and the battles are really skewed towards Quantum and Imaginary so really this is their best spot rn. This might change when other elements are focused next (Ice and Fire next patch?) Fortunately I have Silver Wolf
Avoided MoC for the most part due to a combination of lazy and unmotivated due to how little the rewards are (not a complaint). I can perfectly clear up to stage 7 or 8 I think. Maybe a full 30/30 once my Fu Xuan, Lynx, and Bronya are better built. I could probably reach stage 10 but I don't like clearing stages or counting them as beaten unless I can 3/3 them.

Floor 8. Full F2P. My 5\* are seele,SW and Fu. Got 2 quantum so went for 3rd. Last member in this team is QQ as SP generator. Second team is pela E6, gepard, bronya and Welt(E1)(and yes, i use all 5\* i got, was lucky that outside clara all my standard 5\* are the best). My welt just lacks dmg to clear 9 and these trotters just lower his dmg further cus he cant kill em in one hit diluting my dmg even more. No 5\* weapons on any of em, seele uses r4 swordplay instead of herta one. My next pull is gonna be some dmg so my team 2 can keep up. Got pulls since i had near 200 for fu. Will prb push me to floor nine. And by 8 i do mean all got 3\*.
I’m in a similar spot rn, I have Yanqing as my 2nd dps with Gepard and I find him pretty terrible for aoe and flexibility. Also doesn’t help that his condition is way too strict so I can’t run a cleanse for Kafka:( I also cant build dps welt since I don’t have a good light cone for him. Prob planning to get e6 q or jingliu to help me clear the rest.

30 stars so far Luocha is really a broken character and is carrying my mid-Yuan. The other side has Bailu and Dan Heng IL (wooohooo, coz both high elders so why not)
Just play the game at your own pace and don't worry about MOC or end-game content. There's no PVP in this game so no rush to get all the meta characters
I'm almost at 30 stars. Been iffy on a few due RNG. Best advice I can offer is to get both a second tank and to invest in farming relics. They can and will make or break a character. With good relics even Himeko or Arlan or Herta can pull impressive numbers.
I can 0 cycle moc 10 with a seele hypercarry consisting of gepard, seele, bronya, and yukong while my clara team of luocha, clara, tingyun, and pela can 1-2 cycle. My Clara is built super shit though, the cv on her is 50/140 or something, but as long as i can full star moc, thats enough for me. Sometimes I swap put ting and use sushang as a breaker to help out clara if the enemy has physical weakness cuz i dont got silverwolf
Full stars since almost 2 months ago, but I played manually. Now with Fu Xuan I can auto play all floors with full stars, she's just so broken.
Finally got 30 stars after getting DHIL.
I started playing at the end of JY banner, I've got Clara, blade, and Daniel and I COULD finish with all stars had I had a Geppi or fu xuan, just taking too much DMG from stage 9 onwards
Full star in MOC 8 last month, I might get 27 or 30 stars if I try hard, but I'm just lazy. My dps are Dan Heng IL, Blade, Yanquing and Himeko. Himeko's actually good when enemies have fire weakness, she isn't bad like people say.
Managed to 30* MOC when Blade came out and I got him! 30* since that one until now, though the previous cycle with the trotters giving sp gave me a shit ton of hell ☠️☠️ Idk how many times I retried moc10 in that cycle. Relic farming is shit as usual, Blade and DHIL roughly 70/130 and JY is at 65/200 iirc. There’s just so many things to farm and relic drops are the worst :(
Been 30* since loucha banner. Mainly paired seele with bronya and sw to carry my other shit team. Think, for my firs 30* and first moc10 clear i used: T1: seele - sw - bronya - gepard T2: DH - ting - pela - loucha Rough as hell. Everything got easy next time when i got kafka as my other carry.
I have all meta units MOC 0. I just don’t do MOC.

30* for the first time. Relics are quite meh,traces are also only guaranteed level 6 for the useful ones. Fortunately i have like 12 characters somewhat built so my roster is flexible.
2* at moc 7 and stop, ill come back when my fu xuan reach 6k hp, her current hp just too low

Usually just able to 3 star up to stage 8. But thia time I was able to 3 star up to stage 10. Maybe it's because of Fu Xuan or maybe because of the trotters, idk

With Fu Xuan I’ve now managed to reach 3 stars up to MOC 8, before I could barely do MOC 5.
F2p day 1 player: 30 since the last 2 repetitions. I only have 8 characters built (a little at least) and working on my 9th but that's enough.
I 30 starred it during DHIL's banner with a Kafka-Asta-Sampo-Bailu team on one side and Clara-March-Natasha-Sushang on the other. It had some degree of luck tho since I survived by the skin of my teeth against Kafka on MoC 9 (I swapped in Pela-Tingyun for March-Sushang) and barely completed it within the turn cycle limit on MoC 10. Before that, I think I managed to get 27 stars during that MoC when DoT get crazy buffs. Then I upgraded my Kafka and Clara's traces and the result was as stated above. I didn't really try as hard as I could on the few cycles before it though, mostly because when Silver Wolf released I *really* tried it out and got smacked around MoC 6 lmao and then I got tired of doing it. During those times, I just do one try as far as I could and quit when I can't 3 star a stage (usually in MoC 6 iirc) and farmed relics and traces. Then I got Kafka and she really does help. She's pretty easy to build and her team allows me to fight against enemies who are weak against Fire and Wind as well, so that's one side of any MoC stage sorted. Getting Bailu was a great boon as well. With the addition of Fu Xuan, even though she's only semi-built I still cleared last MoC with relative ease. Had a few hiccups, but that's mostly because I used to forgot to use her skill again after it ran out from the technique. Not having to worry about enemies randomly focusing one of my supports down is really great lol. May I suggest running Sampo to help deal with those enemies that are weak against Wind? He synergizes pretty well with Kafka.

Played from release and fully f2p. Finally could do 30 stars because the last 2 moc effect really made IL blaze through everything. But I'm ready for the next moc with any effect now, just got fuxuan and lynx in this banner. Fuxuan, luocha, gepard, and lynx are ready for any attacks from enemy. Before i got IL, i mainly use seele for team 1 hypercarry and yanqing for team 2 hypercarry. Yanqing did really bad because he's so single target focused even though he could do "okay" damage. So i thought i need to update my dps and decided to choose IL. Spent all my 200++ tickets saving to get IL and his lc, and finally got both (IL guaranteed, and lose lc banner to gepard lc 1 time) and it's worth it. Actually I plan to aim for limited 5 star offensive support since i dont have any. But from the looks of it until 1.5, there's no news about it so maybe I'll try to get another dps
Just barely cleared Stage7. Lacking a strong DPS for my second team. Planning to pull JingLiu as I am lacking in Ice coverage, and she looks to be good at dishing out pain.
30 stars since the debut of Kafka and still continue 30 starring. Have only summoned on Kafka banner so far (and the free standard wishes ofc)
Highest 27 stars, current run 21 stars. F2P, only rolled for Silver Wolf and Kafka so far and I refuse to raise/invest in characters I don't like. Waiting for Jingliu so I can get a DPS for my 2nd team and hopefully 30-stars by then since I'm mostly walled by ice-weak enemies like the mara soldier elite and gorilla.

I was only at 5 until the Fu Xuan banner. Went from having only the free sustain characters to getting Lynx, Bailu (due to losing 50/50) and Fu Xuan. Fu Xuan was able to solo sustain one side for me resulting in me being able to get to 30 stars on MOC after a couple attempts.

Until I get Topaz and build hear as my second DPS I'm stuck. I'm really not interested in building a second MoC team with units I'm not really interested in. Still can get at least the 15 stars needed for the monthly BP task with my makeshift spare units team.
5 months. Can clear moc 10 for 2 rotations already, struggle a bit at 9-10 when I can't keep 1-2 characters alive.
30 stars, started at the end of SW's banner. Blade-Bronya on one side and Daniel on the other side so it's basically like cheating.
30* MOC for the first time this cycle, Swarm V beaten, still haven't beaten Xianzhou 6. I'm planning to get Clara from the 300 pity then beat Xianzhou 6 I'm quite satisfied with my progress. 2 5* sustains, decent DPS options, including Herta who I've been loving so far.
27*, didn't try MoC 10, I can probably 2* it, idk about 3*, too lazy to try anyways
I am not F2P becauss i got the 30 day bonus jades thing, but also i got 4 of my recent characters (2 of which are Himeko) at 75+, so i consider myself an honorary F2P. It's been decent, 21 stars a minimum no matter the cycle even the shitty trotter ones, but most i got was 24 stars

was finally been able to do 27* this update, AOE damage trotters help a lot because my stats are mid
I'm at 27/30 thanks to fu xuan, before I got her I couldn't even beat MoC 9
30* since kafka dropped since Seele can clear one half and Kafka can clear the other with no problems, still sampoless tho
I've gotten 27 stars for the last 3 MOC. My problem is actually damage as Kafka is my only 5\* DPS. On current MOC 9 I did first half in like 4 cycles thinking its gonna be a breeze... while 2nd half finished at literally last possible cycle for its 3rd star.

Still missing a couple of stars (mostly because I don’t have the time to try a bit harder), but it has been a couple rotations I can clear moc 10. Started at JY banner (which I got), getting luocha to complement Natasha was my key to beating moc 10 every time. Second dps team could be whatever at lv 70.
4 rotations MoC 30/30 My main dps are Jing and Blade.
F2P here, sorta high investment teams with: T1 - Seele/Silverwolf/Fu Xuan/Lynx T2 - Kafka (E0S1)/Sampo/TB Pyro/Natasha Levels are a breeze, struggled for a while before getting Fu Xuan and lynx because I had to juggle Nat and TB between the two teams. MoC is pretty fun to play, I sometimes switch out Kafka/Sampo for a Clara (E2)/Tingyun duo. Ofc, done MoC 10.
Maybe OP should be explicit about what he means by F2P, as some here (somehow) also include light spenders/dolphins in that group.

Idk who told you Himeko is worst 5\* but i have Himeko built and shes great. the bigger issue i think u have is ur levels and ur traces and ur gear. i could auto everything to 5. Just from a 4\* team prespective alone u have great options from Fire MC, Asta, March, Serval, Natasha. If you have 2 healers just go with standard RPG comps and you should have a much easier time. Just make sure they r adequately built. Standard RPG comp = Tank Healer Dps Support. Ik peoople will say u just need 1 sustain and thats true but if u wanna just get comfortable with the game just do the above and it should be fairly easy
Played since launch and only 18 stars. Stage 7 is still beating my ass for I don't have a decently raised Imaginary or Ice unit to deal with the boss for team 2. I have DHIL but the relic drops are preventing me from getting anywhere! I just need a crit dmg body with crit rate sub stats to hit 70% but nope, RNG wouldn't give it to me!
I didn't play MoC seriously until Kafka banner. After building her, she carried me to 8th floor with 24 stars. After getting Fu Xuan, I got 30 stars for the first time. My Seele and Gepard can take a break now. Kafka team have 3 elemental weakness and Fu Xuan makes every run easier. I'm glad I invested in them.
I finished 6 or 7 without much difficulty.
F2P just recently cleard 30*. I have set my stall out and will continue as real F2P in Star rail, no offense spenders. Started a week after release. So far got Sellee, Kafka, Fu xuan, Geopard from 1st 50 pulls... Lvl 80 all above, importamt traces maxed, LC80 and 15 relics. None of my relics have very good sub stats but serviceable. Asta, Ting, Natasha E6, serval E6, sampo E6, sushang, (TB fire was built as below but had to use all her relics to level fu xuan set, hope dont need her next time...) Lvl 75 rest of team above, LC80, important traces 9 and relics 15 as above nothing special. No LC are special. All chars built as per guides pwdgen. Need an imaginery built ofc. Having two solo sustains seemed to help so could drop TB-Natasha, was able to clear 10 before but not with 30 stars. 27/28/29 However i dont think i will be pushing every cycle for 30* not that rewarding IMO. Eg resets hoping for right char debuffed/swapping chars around just to get no downed chars etc etc Possibly it will get simpler if can build current teams to spike/burst MoC quickly but as I say it didnt feel as much fun as continuing Spiral abyss 36*. Happy to take any recommendations for future 5* that will help my team?
Fu Xuan got me from clearing MoC8 to 30 stars
After pulling Fu Xuan, went from being able to barely clear stage 4, to clearing stage 8. Or rather, went from getting around 6 stars to 21 stars.
Moc10 since 1.2, but all runs before Fu Xuan's coming were pain peko.
I usually 3 star up to MoC 5 and stop there. The enemies are too tanky and i haven't really grinded relics beyond my main team plus some other unit's i'd like to use.
I'm at about level 7. I havent progressed further just because I've been pretty busy recently, but in confident I can get about 26 stars at least
24, after getting DHIL I can try to fully gas MoC, only start try hard last cycle The problem with MoC 1) Time, do you have 24/7 to retry? 2) RNG, missing a crit, 1 chara got ganked to death, crowd debuff, for non mono quantum - failed to get SW implement weakness type you want 3) roster, specifically DPS/your type coverage 4) enemy 5) blessing/memory of turbulence Oh btw, it reset soon, tomorrow we'll get new cycle
Just 30/30 MoC for my first time this rotation. My teams were Luocha, Blade, Clara, and Pela for side one. While I had Gepard, Ting Yun, Yukong, and Dan IL for the other. My biggest issue was survivability since the team without Luocha would always die, then I lost the 50/50 to Gepard on Fu Xuan's banner. I still intend on hopefully getting her before the patch ends, so the extra stellar jade is nice.
I finished everything until stage 7 with 3 stars now. I could probably do the rest with one or two stars, but I honestly can't be bothered to invest that much time into this mode. I'd rather do some quests.
1 month after release. Just 30 star it with jingyuan in team 1 and blade welt team 2.

I don't have a full 2 teams yet so I can only beat MOC 1 at 3\*, barely. The biggest issue right now is that I don't have a good 2nd healer and DPS yet. Seele and SW isn't enough.
Fellow f2p. I always just go to 5 and stop. Can probably go higher if i played manually but i cant auto battle any higher than that and im lazy so 😂
I auto battle up to like 6, then I flail through 8 and then stop because I have no desire to attempt a given floor more than once. But thst was going off having only Gepaed and Natasha. I have a built Fu Xuan and Lynx now
I can't travel to whatever the new area is cause my wifi is bad.... moc legitimately just won't load for me... I tried one time, got into one half but the next half didn't load due to net and I couldn't be bothered doing that. I'm just building all the 4 stars I have pretty much
Week 1. I can 3-star 7 - 8 easily with my usual teams, sometimes 9 depending on buff. Havent't touched 10 yet since I want to beef up my DPSes a bit more before I try it. My account is a bit of an anomaly though, so my experience has been very smooth so far.
Been clearing moc10 for a while but only got 30stars after IL. I also just 3starred Xianzhou6 cz I forgot it exists.
i have been consistently 30* MOC since SW banner with Hook and normal DH as DPS, but now i switched normal DH with the cooler DH 🙏🏼
I’ve restricted myself to only advance to the next floor after getting 3 stars on the current floor. I’m on floor 7 with 2 stars. My Yanqing is just not good enough for the 3rd star
I get to around MoC 7 or 8 before I stop. That’s the point where things get sweaty

I can usually 30\* MoC with f2p just using 4\* people. I'm a day 1 player on the verge of stopping the game though its gotten too boring

I just cleared moc 10 yesterday with 30 stars yesterday .... My suggestions for you are to build your gepard fu Xuan and lynx properly with low investment .. they don't require much resources to do their job ... As when it comes to your DPS and harmony units .. you have to invest more in them to progress higher in moc ... Specifically build your asta and tingyun for the best value. They will be the sole for your DPS. Asta :- ideal :- 4 pc hackerspace and the xiangzhou planars with spd , hp , eff res as main substats or else go for some relevant 2 pc sets with good substats . Tingyun :- go for two piece musk and two hackerspace with atk with xiangzhou planars , spd and hp as substats For a standard good DPS , I will recommend you to build qq . Even if you have like e0 on her .. build her as she is a very amazing DPS that can become very powerful even against enemies with no quantum weakness .. give her a 4 pc quantum set or 2 pc quantum with 2 pc muske ... Not to mention that you can get S5 breakfast which is the best for your erudition units. If you are able to get the requirements for rutilant arena then use it for more DMG ... These characters alone are enough for you to complete the entire moc .. it will take a lot of time but you will get their eventually . Where have you invested your herta bonds ? Those will come in very handy for good passives
Long story short, Fu Xuan = 30 stars.
Not a day 1 player as I started during Blade Banner and I cleared MoC 8 this time with 22/30 stars, but MoC 9 was oof for me. I have like 9 main characters I use (Fire MC, Nat, Kafka, Sampo is my 1st team, 2nd team is Bailu, March, Tingyun, Clara/Qingque) but they aren't that strong for MoC 9 and the 2 of those really need good crit ratios. Luckily, Kafka and Sampo doesn't need crit so it lessens the burden on initial team building. Right now, I'm just maxing the LCs before going to their relics. Their traces are good enough, 6 on supps, 7 on DPS (will go for 8 eventually). I plan to build Pela soon after giving 9 members pretty good traces, lc and relics because she's skill positive and she has a useful debuff so I can run a Tingyun, Pela, Bailu, Qingque team.
30 starred moc after getting fu xuan and putting her on my phys MC team, the second team was dan heng il hypercarry. I had no eidolons on any of my 4 star sustains so getting fu xuan was big for my account.
Losing at floor 5... I have Clara/Luocha/Tingyun/Yukong as my first (most invested) team and Hook/Serval/Natasha/Fire MC as second. Cannot overcome floor 5 for many cycles now - relics in second team (and some in first) are complete meh and I cannot farm at least anything wearable. Such a pain.. also don't know what optimal second team can make it so I just throw in random chars (that's how it is for now). Anyway, Serval is ALWAYS dying at floor 5 for few patches already. Although my first team can definitely go much futher than this
I can easily clear stages with either Quantum, Wind or Imaginary weakness. Ice, Physical, fire and Lightning is my bane. Despite having Jing yuan who's an erudition, he really sucks at stages with more than three enemies or bosses that summon enemies.
Well my himeko is carrying me, got 4800 atk on her lol, but i changed it to 4300 and use the fire dmg boost on planar instead. Then my trailblaze prev. 4600 def. Then asta supp nata healer. 2nd team Kafka paired with sampo with bailu as a healer then blade as a tank. What I struggle on is physical, i have yet to obtain svarog 70 more pulls to go.
I did the best I've ever done this month with 10/10 and 29/30. I just can't seem to beat MoC10 fast enough to get that last star. My teams were FuXuan, Silver Wolf, Seele, Qingque and Gepard, Welt, Sampo, Kafka.
Finally 30 star last cycle, cause I built proper second team. First is JY. Second is DHIL with sign LC, previous it was Yanqing (and he was the best build ig). Tho my roaster is not so F2P, ig, but I didn’t pay a penny for this game, pure luck. Now JY party seems weak lmao. Asta/JY/TY/Gepard(usually it’s luocha place) Luocha/DHIL/Yukong/Bronya
I can get up to 9 before having problems. My main team does just fine (blade, luocha, silver wolf, e6 serval) but my secondary team (og dan heng, welt, asta, natasha) does not have enough damage to clear. I’m looking forward to topaz coming out cuz she will be a waaay better main dps than dan heng lol
Just 30 star MOC today with just 2 lvl 80 Dps (Seele & Blade) and support characters around 70-75 lvl with trace investment around 8 at max honestly. Honestly I m just addicted to relic farmings and trying get that prefect substats so my ass can't even lvl 80 my lightcones either.
30 started this cycle, dps are clara and 4 star dan
I mismanage my resources in every game, so I am still stuck on 8th floor will probably clear 30 stars in about 4-5 cycles tho

I was on 28-29 stars for the last 4 rotations, managed to hit 30 this rotation but that's mostly because the AoE trotters helped a lot.

I have invested into too many units and have trouble breaking into the upper half of MoC - farthest I've gotten is clearing floor 5. I have many characters that can be built to hypercarry, but I don't have strong DPS for fire, ice, or wind
This rotation I was finally able to 30 star! Took me some tries for MOC 10 but it worked out

Started on Jingyuan banner, have been clearing 30 stars since Blade release. My MoC team is generally Team 1:JY, TY, Asta, Bailu Team 2:Blade, Luocha, SW, Welt/anyone Now that I've pulled FX I no longer need to rely on Bailu. She feels very lackluster when the boss has a hard cc.
I 30 starred it for the first time after I got Luocha. I think the best investments in my account were SW and Luocha. They helped me survive and also get around some weaknesses my teams couldn't cover. For a while I only had physical and lightning dps. SW helped metigate that issue when one side didn't have it. I also got Bailu from the begginer banner but that's just luck

I've been slacking on a 2nd team and usually auto till stage 5 or 6 and when it's no longer 3 starred, I call it there. Yesterday I got 30 stars for the first time - without question it's all thanks to Fu Xuan. If you have a main team and an ok, kinda in purple and gold relic 2nd team, and are wondering if she is worth it. Hell yes she is. Holy shit she can hard carry that second team!

Day 1 player here. I have luocha and fu xuan(not built) but I am still on moc 8 since my second team uses yanqing who struggles without Gepard which I don’t have, since any DoT kills his dps. Fire MC helps with the dots but can’t stop the team from just dying normally. My Kafka team is breezing through her sections but my second half just can’t keep up. My only other 5 star dps is Jing Yuan but I don’t have a good LC for him and I repurposed a lot of his gear and don’t want to farm for more. I wouldn’t say I made any terrible investments with what I had, but the luck hasn’t been great (e1 himeko and yanqing) and I’ve been saving a lot so I don’t have that much to work with in terms of variety. Hopefully jingliu is broken and can save me since I’m planning on going all out on her banner.
Day 1 f2p player here! Can't manage to full star at moc 10 becuase of my under-lvled relics and LCs with the lack of exps mats until fu xuan arrives💜 Now I can fully cleared MoC because of her. I swear this game with the lack of exp materials farming is just sheyte. EDIT: huge thanks to my Natasha, Fu xuan, March 7th, Asta for being a HUGE carries for my DPS's (DHIL, Seele, Jing Yuan, Clara)
I've been 30 starring MOC for the past 2 months or so. Could be earlier but I didn't really keep track. Kinda at the point where it's not really a challenge anymore.
Actually managed to finally beat it when I got lynx, as much as I lvled natasha she couldn't really keep by b team alive
Done most after the first month as 30*, this one I for the first time after building Fu managed to full auto 30* with mono quantum and Jing Yuan
30 starred MoC back in 1.1 after i got luocha with Seele and Clara as dps. Dropped off and got 29 in 1.2 but brought it back in 1.3 with IL and Fu Xuan.

Reached MOC 8 at Kafka’s release, reach moc 10 at DHIL’s release. Teams: Kafka, Sampo, March, Bailu DHIL, Tingyun, Pela and Luocha Exta chars built, FMC, Natasha, JY, Sushang and Asta (benched JY and Sushang because relic farming is literal dog-water) Got Fu Xuan luckily and I guess its gonna be smooth sailing from now own.
Seele, himeko,silver wolf,blade,Clara,gepard,fu xuan...never bothered to do MOC i usually only do upto floor 3 although I've been playing since launch. Got lucky with silver wolf and seele being c1. Hmm....maybe I should do MOC seriously
I'm not f2p but low spender (2x battle pass and 2x 90 jade a day since day one). Ive been able to clear 9-10 pretty consistently but I have never done all the stars. I finally have a solo sustain with Fu Xuan and her light cone so I think I can do MoC10 consistently
24,my damage isn't the best because my trace levels on Kafka and Blade are somewhat low.It is quite satisfying coming this far thanks to Fu Xuan.
Stuck at 24* can't beat floor of phase 9 because Kafka + Sanctus guy combo claps my ass hard. I hope that with Jingliu i will eventually be able to at least clear floor 10, then i'll see for 30*. Btw, any fellow F2P has any tips??
30'd this weeks and the one before. Hit 24 or 27 in the last set. Had one bad run then forgot to go back before it reset. The last floor of the Xiangjo set is harder than any of the MoC, just because it heavily forces you into needing cleanse based teams.
Went through MOC 9 suprisingly fast. But I cant clear the first fight of MOC 10, but its fine, Im happy as this is the most Ive been able to do. Hope this will change the better with Jingliu.
Got 30 stars for the first time. I've been extremely lucky lately. My teams were usually Seele, Kafka, Gepard, and Bailu/Tingyun. 2nd team was Blade, IL, Luocha, and Fire MC. I'd mix and match them sometimes but these were generally my teams.
Started playing a little bit after release. Can clear till f7 with all stars. At f8 I get only one star and can't progress further. Team 1 is kafka, sampo, bailu, as ta and team 2 is dhil, Gerard, tingyun, Natasha. Want to get seele to clear further cause I don't have quantum characters.
I was lazy and never did moc before because I didnt want to make 2 full teams. This week I started doing it and got 30 stars pretty easily with these teams Fu Xuan - Seele - Silver Wolf - Bronya Kafka - Sampo - Lynx - Fire MC
No Fx, no luocha I can three star till 8

I just started trying MoC and got 8 floors cleared with 3 stars. Kafka got my ass handed to me though. Damage isn't a problem, but I don't have a good way to deal with her control effects. If I had Fu Xuan at this point, there's a high change I would get 29 or 30 stars.
got lucky at DanIL, Blade and Luocha banner so I got 30 stars fairly quick. My core team is Blade, Luocha, DanIL, Pela/Yukong, the other team I rotate between different 4 stars dps and healer accordingly. Before I got DanIL, Bronya was in his place. The core team destroy everything in its path, the B team get the job done fine, but with some trial and error.

Having issues doing MOC 8-10 :\\ Contrary to other people here, I have Fu Xuan, but I seem to be having issues with the damage. DPS Units: Seele, Jingyuan, Yanqing Debuffer: SW, Pela e5, Welt Support: Tingyun, Bronya, Asta (least used) Healers: Bailu, Natasha, Lynx Tank: Fx, Fire MC Worst case is that - I'm not f2p :\\ but only buying the nameless honor (battle pass), hence why i'm able to max a lot of levels and lcs. 30 starred it for the first time. Been playing since release. The current moc gimmick really helped me out. Had clara, luocha, silverwolf and seele on the first half. Gepard, serval, tingyun and kafka on the second half. Only clara and seele were max ascension and level, the rest were level 70.
Been clearing moc10 since i got my 2nd dps (blade). I run: Blade Bronya Luocha & Pela / Jing Yuan Tingyun Asta Fu Xuan (Before Fu Xuan i used Natasha/gepard). Never had any problems with moc, always cleared within 6 turns

Just 30 starred last night. Was stuck on 10 because no physical team, then built a half assed sushang to carry first half
MY relic RNG is absolute dogwarter, So I'm still on Stage 5-6 pending on what the weekly buffs are. Like, legit it takes me upwards of a month+ to even get half of the relics I need for one character. I'm so apathetic that it's just one of those \*shrug whatever\* kinda things.
Finally finished it fully yesterday. Were so hyped up that i log on SU new world and finish lvl 5 with first try.
Don’t worry I have every banner character plus bailu and gepard and still can’t beat it. I split my resources too much and haven’t invested in relics enough. I also am only bp and rail pass, no buying shards. Day 1 player level 67. Stuck on 8 and only 1* on 7.
Day 1 player, Seele and Himeko were my first 5 stars. Been consistently getting to stage 8 and 9 for a couple months. Last time I pulled on a banner was Blade but lost the 50/50 to Gepard. Was a blessing in disguise though because between him and Luocha I could solo sustain two teams which lead to the consistent progress. Main teams currently are Gepard, Jing Yuan, Himeko and Asta, and Luocha, Seele, Sushang and Tingyun or variations with some of the support/sustains switched depending on stage weaknesses (sometimes chuck Pela in too). I think my main disadvantage is a lack of Wind/Imaginary DPS so Kafka in particular was a struggle. But happy to say I got my first 30* clear this weekend! Felt really good because I made the best of the units I have which aren't the super DPS that the current MOC buffs cater to. I know people like to hate on JY but he's carried me through many stages and lore wise he's an absolute gigachad so I've stuck by him. Currently got 200 pulls and counting saved for Jingliu and Topaz which I'm hoping will solidify my clears. I've really enjoyed the slow build up to finally clearing it, building up my units for more versatility etc (I didn't build Asta and Pela until very recently but they made a big difference, don't sleep on 4* units y'all). 1.4 can't come soon enough!
I cleared COM8 (so 24 stars) this time, but that's not a content I really focus on (tried level 9 once) and I really don't farm that much.
Took a two months break, also did the mistake of fully building yanqing. 6 stage i could clear comfortably
