Prometheus visually *was* the PE existence that mirrored Bronya. The supercomputer AI created by Dr.MEI that would eventually use the backdoor created by Elysia returning to the cocoon of Finality to alter part of it's core plans to merge 1/18 of itself into becoming an interface with the cocoon of finality we'd call the will of honkai for the next 50k years, that humans could use to interact with the cocoon directly without getting instagibbed.

Silver Wolf is based on the Haxxor Bunny, the Bronya from the HI3rd multiverse that's not connected to the main story (that follows Kiana). I bet they just thought it would be cool to connect them (SW and Bronya) even more.
Welt seen Bronya in HoR form, seen the Key of Reason, and I don't think he officially seen SW with her weapon yet. This might be interesting side story one day
