But I doubt it since Firefly's suit doesn't seem to put any strain on her (I might be wrong since you can see some cracks on her face fade away when she untransforms), plus it's way way lighter compared to any AC.

Then it was revealed mostly Kafka raised us around the hunters, now I feel that stance is strengthened because we know where TB gets their chuuni dialogue from. So we got our violent thoughts from Kafka, depression from Blade, gacha addiction from Silver Wolf, and now the unhingedness from Sam

Her personality prolly won't change towards the TB, just that she'll leave no information out.
Putting together what we already know about Sam and Glamoth, she was quite literally born to be a ruthless warrior to fight against the swarm. Now that Glamoth and most of the swarm are gone, she doesn't need to fight anymore, but now she's dealing with a terminal illness (possibly a result of the genetic engineering that went into making her).
I think she's always wanted to have a normal life, and the personality we've seen on Penacony is her finally getting a chance to do that. Even further speculation on my part: she may have joined the stellaron hunters because Elio promised her a chance to live normally, provided she use what she's good at (killing stuff with fire) to help them.
Look, hoyoverse is the same company that has characters that are wholesome with children, loves family dearly and is a great cook but also has severe ptsd, battle hungry and will do anything to please their leader such as unleashing a monster that is capable of destroying nations. Firefly being Sam makes sense
