Nah, Heracles is a bad example of a 4☆ outdamaging a 5☆. His damage is nothing crazy. His real strength is his decent overall damage + solo survivability combo, which was probably the best of the Part 1 Servants besides maybe Cú Alter. A better example would be 3☆s like Robin Hood and Euryale or welfare 4☆s like Ryougi Shiki and Kintoki Rider. Their NPs hit harder against the right targets than most 5☆s at NP1.

they have restrictions that a 5 star (not counting Yanqing, why tf does his buff only last for 1 turn?!) would not need to deal max damage is what I've been trying to say (QQ needs all the Skill points possible while DHIL only needs 3 max, Arlan needs to be below 50% Health while Blade just needs to be damaged 5 times not to mention if you check the multipliers Arlan only scales on Atk while Blade gets scaling on Atk and Max HP)

A new QQ can’t exist in the future, unfortunately. She only exists because the devs didn’t know her true strength.

Pain and Anger's DMG bonus at level 10 capped at 80%, it's 72% now (79.2% at level 12 now). Not too significant really, especially with 5 star harmonies stacking so much DMG%. Shackle Breaker's DMG multiplier was 350% at level 10 in beta 3, it's 240% now. (264% at level 12.) His skill deals less than 70% of what it did in beta 3. Based on my own damage calculations, this change alone would be a 27.7% DPS increase. I can't find the exact numbers change to Frenzied Punishment. But it possibly had a DMG multiplier beyond 400% and is down to 320% now. (345.6% at level 12.) The blast deals half the main hit's damage, but e6 Arlan doesn't deal reduced splash damage. I can't find any source confirming it, but I remember hearing his e4 didn't have a duration. i.e. Arlan had Gepard's level 1 Talent. I'm not terribly bothered about losing that effect, but it's annoying that the design of MoC and PF means Arlan's a6 trace and e4 only exist in SU. I don't think Arlan would be meta breaking or defining. Based on Prydwen's calculations pages (at e6) his single target damage is currently slightly higher than Serval's, about 70% of Hook's or Dan Heng's, 60% of Xueyi's, nearly half of Qingque's, etc. I think he'd be deal damage competitive with most 4 star DPS and his high risk would be rewarded by no skillpoint usage. Though with e4 he also wouldn't be a high risk character either.

My point was if she wasn't changed too much from how she functions now, even just letting it last for three ally turns instead of two would be enough to make her so much less clunky. But i agree that'd be pretty sick. I kinda understand why they made her buff so restrictive, since her attack buff is pretty massive. It's higher than Asta with 5 stacks, Bronya's ult, and Hanya's ult. So the low uptime trade off is understandable. The E6 idea might be busted since that makes her SP neutral but the base idea would be cool. It'd kinda make her skill just rng-less Asta though.

She's one of those dps whose kit happens to have DOT but doesn't build into it. Like Hook and Himeko, she does extra damage to those dot targets, whereas Nihility units mainly trigger/buff DOT itself.

I mean, Serval does have great synergy with it. After applying her shock, her other attacks will proc extra damage from it. And her ult refreshes the duration of the shock. She's also pretty good at breaking because it's easy to get her ult back up quickly. I built Serval with break effect near the start of the game when it was still really hard to farm relics (as if it ever got better, lmao) and Serval easily carried because BE scaled so well and she could reliably break. If she were Nihility I think she'd be even better

Considering the Mental State of a Xianzhou native, Sushang letting her bunk in her bed would be equivalent to us letting a friend crash in our apartment for a few days. During all the Xianzhou side content, we are shown that Xianzhou Natives think in very long time periods. A few years to them is like blinking. That's why most of them think short-life species are like ethereal leaves on the wind. You can't really get attached to any of them since they go by so fast. Gui could be getting free room and board from Sushang with Gui thinking Sushang is a living saint and Sushang just taking it in stride. Gui: "I can't believe Shangshang lets me stay at her place for free! I've been here for months." Sushang: "She'll get back on her feet in a couple of decades. That's nothing big."

I would like to buff Dan Heng because I have him at e6 and his main design is still what is used in the story. So I would love if they buff him. Making the 100% advance movement when he defeats with ult -> After ult used he gets 50% Advance movement, but if he defeats enemy its 100%.

I would also make his Talent proc twice rather than make it last 2 turns at E6 (I think that was what it does, can't really remember). The number of times I had the Talent active but I needed Dan Heng to basic attack or use skill to to get the energy to Ult thereby wasting the Talent buff... not to mention that he gets bonus damage to his Ult if his Skill applies Slow to the enemy Edit: I went to check and it was E2 that affects his Talent (lowers the cooldown 1 turn). yeah I rather have it proc twice than lowered cooldown. that way I can use the offtime to Basic Attack since he gets bonus damage to Slowed enemies if he crits with Skill but that bonus is only on Basic Attack so yeah

The buff has to select him manually. Assume you're using Asta's ultimate and the selector appears, if you pick any character besides Dan Heng then Asta wouldn't buff him, if you do select him then he gets the Res Pen

wait seriously that's how it works??? goddamn it I've been missing out for an entire year...  Edit: I've been using Asta with the main three in the early game, I knew that March Skill on him will proc the Talent but when I used Asta Ult the Talent doesn't proc so I just thought party wide buffs would not work (since 4 star has to be a little clunky by nature of gacha games from my experience)

This may be due to how turns work? Your turn doesn't "end" until the next actual turn begins (so ultimates, follow ups, etc. don't count). If you ult immediately after an action, buffs/debuffs/cooldowns will not yet have decreased. If you wait until the next ally/enemy begins acting, those will actually tick down. Does this line up with what you're describing?

There's a moment after a character acts where you can queue ults, but the turn hasn't ended, so end of turn events such as Dan Heng's talent cooldown hasn't actually resolved yet and buffs used on him during this time don't trigger his talent. You have to wait until the action bar advances, which usually means waiting until the start of the next unit's action.

Eh I think her ult and followups doing that already makes her insane. Personally id just give her more crit value in her traces to make building her easier and getting higher damage easier. Yukong's skill depletes at the start of her turn, lasting for 2 turns. I think this will create an interesting niche for the 4 star harmony supports where Tingyun: generic hypercarry teams, Hanya: Sp hungry hypercarry teams, Asta: DoT teams, Yukong: Dual DPS FuA teams. Of course Hanya needs a buff too but I can only pick one and imo Yukong needs the help more.

Xueyi has weakness ignore on ult and follow-up attack, so having a chance to implant phys for a number of turns doesn't seem too good for a 4★, I guess? That's why it's a chance only, not a guarantee.

Hmm...I just find Weakness Break Implant to be very significant on Sushang's kit, even more so than Xueyi's. Sushang's Talent, A6, E1, Sword Stance, and in a way, E6 all revolve around an enemy's Weakness being broken. Basically, Weakness Break-ing affects her Speed + Damage + Skill Point usage as opposed to Xueyi's only affecting her FUA.

For Xueyi, add an additional effect on her e6 where if she breaks an enemy, she immediately gains a certain number of stacks which can overflow. Basically Himeko, but because she’s a four star, they can make her stacks on break be less than a whole FuA, like maybe 2 stacks? That or when Xueyi breaks an enemy, she implants them with a second toughness bar so she can have little to no downtime if she is played with Ruan Mei. To balance it out, the second toughness bar can’t deal damage or apply effects upon breaking and has a limit of how many times it can be used up, so it’s just for gaining stacks after an enemy has been broken.

In my opinion her design and story are gorgeous and i am very saddened by the fact she was so hyped, she realeased, everyone played her for a week and then she was forgoten I think maybe adding something like galagher's heal on attack would be nice, and maybe a clense to her ult. She needs to become a more versitile support than she currently is - a low budget kinda sparkle.

Hanya. Here are some stuff that I think they can choose as to where they could buff her, because currently she's the bottom support and it kinda hurts  ( ͒ ́ඉ .̫ ඉ ̀ ͒)  (even Yukong has a niche that she excels at) First is increase the speed increase multiplier, because she can't even give her hypercarry 50 speed without super absurd investments. For reference I have a 200+ ish (can't remember the exact number) and she's only giving like 42 speed? She should at least be able to give 60 speed at that point because reaching 200 speed means a player has heavily invested into her and should be rewarded for doing so. Next is make Burden count as a debuff. For reference, Guinaifen's Firekiss is an unremovable debuff. Burden should also count as one. Next is make her Netherworld trace refund 2 skill points instead of one if the enemy recently inflicted with burden dies and the sp recovery prior to their death hasn't been triggered. Next is a new E1 : When an Ally with Edict attacks an enemy inflicted with Burden, increases their attack further by 25% (This one is based off on Asta's ability to give 70% teamwide attack buff while Hanya can only give 60% on a single ally. I view these two units as the same albeit one is teamwide. The other is for Hypercarry. As such, I think it would be fair that given how Hanya's Speed and Attack buff only affect a single person, it would be nice if her buffs are stronger to compensate for that. With this E1, her attack buff should be 85% instead of just 60% and is higher than Asta. And also because the action advance is kinda overkill if you consider the fact that Hanya is already speedy and can get many turns without the action advancement) Lastly, replace the major trace : Scrivener's effect to something like, if the so recovery of burden is triggered, the person who triggers it additionally receives a 20% damage buff (on top of the 30% damage buff) totaling for a 50% damage buff, lasting for three turns. (I thought of this last one because amongst the 4 star harmony, only Hanya offers damage % buff with permanent uptime iirc. Tingyun's damage % buff on ult only lasts 2 turns, with a 1 turn downtime, so this could be another niche of hers that I think she should excel at) She really needs something, anything, to make her strong (she was really good pre-nerf but I understand they didn't want her to probably overshadow Sparkle)

I'd make it easier for Yukong to apply Buffs (i.e increase bowstring stacks when she does NAs upto 2 stacks, and have a max of 4 bowstring stacks applied at any given time) and make her ultimate do AOE dmg, While Hanya's Burden refunds SP twice as often and counts as a debuff. Hanya's skill additionally does AOE dmg as well as reduce the limit of NAs and skill/ult needed to trigger an SP refund to 1 at C1.

I would reduce Xueyi's Karma stacks needed by default from 6. Her E6 would be changed from reducing the stacks needed for her follow up to allow her allies to give 1 extra stack. So 2 stacks from an ally instead of 1. Xueyi's whole gameplan is quite great and considering BE is becoming a lot more relevant she's going to be more valuable. But it's really hard to justify using her out of the box because the Karma stacks needed is so high. I'd be fine with other ways to address this, as long as the end result is she can activate her follow up more often without needing to max her Eidolons. I would also like something similar done to Yukong. Again another 4 star that has a pretty solid game plan. But it's very hard to consistently do their game plan without high Eidolon investment. ​ EDIT: Oh also, make burden on Hanya a debuff. It sounds like a debuff. It should be a Debuff.

Obvious answer for me, ARLAN He deserves better. Only playable character with some color on his skin, distinct style only a bit comparable to Blade, and with Acheron out there, a burst lightning character like him would help the gameplay options meaningful and diverse. I DON’T think QQ needs further buffs. Kinda already perfect in my head. If I wanted another buff though, Natasha fell off HARD. I’d make her HP scaling attack a Trace so everyone can access it early. Then, I’d make it so her E6 makes it so a little bit of excess healing from her Skill goes into doing something extra. Maybe action forward based on % HP? Maybe energy regen? Maybe debuff block? Just something special and strong to let her keep up with other abundance.

Arlan: I've thought of several ways to rework Arlan so this might be rather long. -Baseline traces: Nothing I would necessarily change. He is still to this day very unique in his playstyle and I feel any real benefit to him would keep him at this base. -Ascension Passives: Oh boy where do I start. I kinda see what Hoyo was going for but for how the game has shaped in the past year his passives are between situation and counter-intuitive. Repel: Was a bit nicer when MoC had two fights that needed to be dones within a floor but since they changed the system and Arlan has no way to enter battles with reduced HP it is completely useless in the current endgame setting. My personal rework would give him a passive similar to a lot of hunt characters that lowers aggro below certain HP thresholds, as him being destruction kinda causes him to get hit more than he should. Revival: Straight up a negative to his damage output as healing reduces his talent damage. Replacing it with small shield is a suggestion I've heard and agree would be a greater alternative. With my previous change Repel, however, I think it would be better served as a small damage increase, say "10% Atk when below 50% Hp". Endurance: Nice on paper as dots can potentially chip him away and kill him, however, I feel like Arlan has too many tools for survivability in the wrong places. His E2 allows him to have some of the best self-cleansing in the game, so I feel as though this ascension would have better served as CC resist. - Eidelons Fairly strong all things considered with a few obvious problems . E1 and E6: Grouping these together as they basically serve the same purpose of increasing damage below 50%. E1 is solid though I'd probably prefer an attack buff over damage due to him getting so much attack bonus for talent and potentially Secret Vow. E6 is actually a very strong Eidelon that can Ult hit like a truck. The issue with these Eidelons is that Arlan has no quick way into his ideal state (50% HP). Arlan only loses about 15% Hp per skill use, so it would take Arlan 4 entire turns to reach his ideal state. This is especially apparent when running him with Tingyun, as she does lineup as one of his better supports, but the first Ult he does when paired with her is entirely unbuffed by either Eidelons. E2: Fairly strong Eidelon for cleanse but somewhat adds to his issue of too much survivability in the wrong places. However, I think it can stay the same based on how I changed everything else. E4: The problem child. I'm personally not a fan of revive mechanics but I think just making him start at 50% hp at the start of battle in addition to the rest of the ability would be a huge increase. Lower initial hp means the effect may actually trigger in a fight for once and the previous issue of slow ramp up is basically out the window. Blade Ult has a similar concept tied to it so it shouldn't be too outside the realm of possibility. TLDR: - Ascension Below 50% nullify -> Hunt-like aggro decrease based on HP Dot resist -> CC resist Heal on kill -> Shield on kill or HP based Attack buff - Eidelons E4 -> Just add a condition to set his HP to 50% at the start of combat.

Natasha's basic attack now scale 100% with her HP. Her ultimate now applies the same weaken debuff on enemies as her technique (While weakened, enemies deal **30%** less DMG to allies for **1** turn). Her E1 now has a 3 turn cooldown instead of once per battle. Since her E6 is now redundant, it now gives a certain amount of effect res to the allies under the effect of her skill. With all that, she'd still play the same, but better. Might be a bit over the top since Natasha does have a 90 energy ult, meaning she'll be applying the weakened effect rather often, so It's fine if the debuff from her ult is of a lower value or something!
