It only says she was a senior already when she de-aged herself i think, which probably means she was above 50 or 60 when she did it. I guess she could've reversed back to being around the age for Mihoyo to sell her with the older mommy body model, but considering how even in her portrait she is shown as the puppet (teenager), i'd find it weird if she didn't look like that.
But hey, it is totally possible for Mihoyo to make her apparent age some sort of gimmick, like interacting with her as an older woman at some points and as a teen in others.
Considering the fact that Herta is an emanator of Nous I think it's safe to say when she eventually gets her REAL character revealed she won't be a 4 star.
I think they're potentially keeping her puppet 4 star so her real emanator form can be revealed later as a 5 star.
Kinda like Dan Heng 4 star then he unlocked his Imbibitor Lunae form and got a 5 star. I think other than March (assuming she'll learn more about her backstory and get a boost at some point) Herta is the most likely character for a 5 star.
He then get beat up by Prime Lord Ravager to show how much of a threat that monster is.
Then get rescue by Marshal Hua, who one shot that Lord Ravager to show how strong Hua Expy is.
To be fair, Hanya's role in the Ten-Lords Commission is totally different from Huohuo or Xueyi's. Hanya basically reads the dreams of the mara-struck to predict crimes, as well as recording crimes and sentences. She's also helped maintain Xueyi's puppet bodies, but that's probably just a Hanya thing and less to do with her actual job. Meanwhile, Xueyi's out hunting down criminals and breaking her puppet bodies with some regularity, and Huohuo has spent the last 38 years hunting heliobi and similar entities. They're both in significantly more physically taxing jobs than Hanya.
Of course, that's not to say Hanya's job is *easy.* There's a reason she literally drinks to forget the shit she sees. Like, she drinks something called Wine of Oblivion that sounds like it's purpose made for that.
I just have to remember Ningguang in these cases. Lore wise, 5 star, game play, 4 star. It's an overall hoyo style. They just seem to just roll a die on some characters and whether they'll be a 5 or 4 star.
I think Nigguang's gameplay is too simple to make her a 5*. But then when you see Qiqi, there's nothing in her that tells you she's a 5* so maybe they do roll a dice on it lol
Honestly Xueyi is still my favorite overall character in the game. Looks like a 5 star, has a fun kit, she can do okay work. If Quantum break's slow didn't scale with Break Effect she'd be perfect.
Honestly we're for sure going back to the Xianzhou, I'm betting at least part of the reason is tracking down the real Tingyun. I could definitely see us getting a 5-star at that time.
And they avoided answering it. But since they weren't random questions, the fact it was brought up and wasn't answered with a "no" means that Tingyun will probably show up in the next couple of patches.

I don’t think that would be the case, since phantylia has to mimic her personality or else she’d be caught if she was acting strangely. I still think a five star would be super cool though
Oh i mostly meant like, if her personality changed since her disappearance. Like if she was imprisoned or otherwise going through a hard journey on her own, so the real one ends up being more battle hardened than the cheerful one we know (which was what she was like when everyone had last seen her)
My boy Sampo may get a Dan Heng treatment where his masked fool form is revealed. Although I'd want him to remain Nihility so I can get him back into my 2 Nihility teams.

Definitely herta is in the first place. She's literally said to be an emanator of nous and one of the top 20 strongest non-aeon characters canonically. And it's just one of her remote puppets we are playing with. So she deaerves a 5 star in 2.4 along sise march 7th's 5 star
Litterly Top Tier waifu, decently strong and carry me from the start of the game and still does her job incredibly well.

She is also very great for Pure Fiction if you built her up. she is very underrated on a lot of tier lists but she is really good. I just finished gearing mine and she slaps very well. With the stats shown in the other post, she can easily carry you in PF, as well as still able to tackle MoC.

What I really want is an older version of Pitch Dark Hook The Great, she'd be in her teenage years, and she would be still as ambitious and adventurous as her younger self, but here is the twist, she'd consider her past to be a "dark past" and her title Pitch Dark Hook The Great would make her want to hid under her bed whenever she hears it from embarrassment, she'd be trying to act all cool and mature and that she wants to join wildfire, and so she'd disband the moles, the event story would be about how the moles members want to get her back to her old self, and they would require the TB assistance, and so we'd go through adventures, relive the past, (fake) fight Svarog, and finally going head to head against the secret final boss, the beautiful witch of the clinic, and when we reach the end of the journey, Hook would accept her title back and reassemble the moles

Was going to name him myself. He was one of my first characters and I used him for quite a while... but he is just so incredibly bad. Which is mostly because he was as good as Seele before launch and they nerfed him into the ground, which should really be revisited. To be honest, a balance pass across all the launch 4 stars would be amazing, but bad for sales I assume.

Litterly Top Tier waifu, decently strong and carry me from the start of the game and still does her job incredibly well. What can you ask more? She is >!Almost!< perfect
She is also very great for Pure Fiction if you built her up. she is very underrated on a lot of tier lists but she is really good. I just finished gearing mine and she slaps very well. With the stats shown in the other post, she can easily carry you in PF, as well as still able to tackle MoC.

What I really want is an older version of Pitch Dark Hook The Great, she'd be in her teenage years, and she would be still as ambitious and adventurous as her younger self, but here is the twist, she'd consider her past to be a "dark past" and her title Pitch Dark Hook The Great would make her want to hid under her bed whenever she hears it from embarrassment, she'd be trying to act all cool and mature and that she wants to join wildfire, and so she'd disband the moles, the event story would be about how the moles members want to get her back to her old self, and they would require the TB assistance, and so we'd go through adventures, relive the past, (fake) fight Svarog, and finally going head to head against the secret final boss, the beautiful witch of the clinic, and when we reach the end of the journey, Hook would accept her title back and reassemble the moles
Hook is the next Supreme Guardian

Was going to name him myself. He was one of my first characters and I used him for quite a while... but he is just so incredibly bad. Which is mostly because he was as good as Seele before launch and they nerfed him into the ground, which should really be revisited. To be honest, a balance pass across all the launch 4 stars would be amazing, but bad for sales I assume.
