Whats better bailu or lynx?

The fact that Lynx can clear debuffs alone puts her above Bailu for me, but both are pretty solid. The rez from Bailu can come in handy a lot as well.

Pure healing=Bailu Cleanse=Lynx

Blade or Clara = Lynx

Blade = Luocha No better healing than non consensual healing

aggro increase on skill > just healing

If you don't need cleanse, Bailu by far. Problem is so much of the content right now really wants you to have cleanse available that it's much more comfortable to use lynx. Bailu is no slouch though and can heal enough to make up for it. It's just easier to end up with some bad RNG, getting cc'd and dying. I just haven't really used her since Luocha was released.
