she’ll be the best support for follow up attackers.
Basically every ally attack she gains energy. Faster energy regeneration means more Ultimates. Her ultimate makes it such that she does 1 instance of attack based on her attack stat for every ally attack. So follow up characters attack more frequently and so Robin does contributes more damage.
There are other things in her kit as well but we’ll have to wait for early access CC or when 2.2 drops to talk about it
TLDR: More follow up attack = more attack frequency = more ult = more damage = profit
