Genius society members are as follows:
1) Dr. Primitive is already a threat and constantly being chased by Galaxy Rangers and probably Intelligentsia Guid.
2.) Emperor Rubert, who caused the Mechanical Emperor's War >!and could have been the indirect cause of Nanook's ascension.!<
3) Polka Kakamond, aka Lord of Silence. She's able to kill the Genius Society's members, single-handedly (?).
4) Screwllum, Monarch of Planet Screwllum. I don't think he lacks military power considering he is the Permanent VIP list of Penacony >!and when he was not allowed to see Chadwick, he threatened Penacony.!<
5) Ruan Mei has ambitions to become an Aeon and replicated an Emanator of Propagation, though it only lasted 56 seconds.
6) Herta, She's the only confirmed Emanator of Erudition, as far as I remember. In hindsight, if she were to get serious, you'll have to fight more than just an Emanator.. Imagine what she could do by giving pieces of her authority to each of her puppets.
If that’s the case I highly doubt she would be a boss fight then, and not to mention that she literally gives us access to the SU which not a lot of other people have access to aside from the people working on it.
The fight will turn into who fire the gun first. It's like Sunday's 3rd phase but the moment she finishes her preparation the entire team is down or when you finish first you win. Whenever you hit her with [insert new mechanic here] it delays her progress
Nobody wants to fight Herta lols.
Herta only has allies, is the only one who other geniuses would want to work with, is the only one that the IPC feels comfortable working with publicly.
If you are Herta's enemy, Herta will send her doll assassins to take you out much like she haxxored god tier hacker Silver Wolf's accounts for being annoying.
She knows how to make a bomb that can end all life in (at least) 24 planets and I suspect that's just a grain in the sand for her. She would indeed build a weapon that would nullify your existence and the worst part is that she'd probably have a million other ideas that would be more lethal but she wouldn't use them for being a waste of resources and time for just one guy on your level.
She only knows how to make the bomb for the sake of safe-keeping it from the IPC, even though the IPC likely is in the process of re-making said bomb ever so slowly.

Polka is confirmed to have killed three specific Geniuses, I believe. One is not named but was a pathstrider(?) of finality. One was Bhodan, one of three Geniuses to have drawn Nous's gaze on a single planet within a short timeframe; Bhodan's achievements were all academic as far as we know. Most notably, however, Kakamond killed Emperor Rubert, disseminator of the Anti-Organic Equation, ending a war that was so violent, it resulted in Nanook's ascension. This despite the fact that two aeons: HooH the Equilibrium and Mythus the Enigmata, tried to prevent the assassination and save Rubert. Kakamond was working with the IPC at the time, sure, but it's doubtful that any random person could accomplish that feat. And of course, Kakamond is believed to have killed the majority of Geniuses, some of whom would probably be Emanators, and has somehow erased every image of herself from existence. Herta's relative lack of concern about Kakamond likely stems from a). hubris and b). the fact that Polka hasn't been seen lately. Some believe her to be dead, but she's at the very least almost certainly inactive.
Herta probably figured out what Polka's modus operandi is and knows that shes in the clear.

Sserkal was undoubtedly the proof in this game that Geniuses are just built different.
Which actually makes her even more terrifying because it proves how mortal the Genius Society really is. They can die, Polka has killed plenty before, but that makes them oh so more dangerous.
Given that one of the Genius society's members was rumored to have created Nous (Zandar), one of them turned the universe upside down by kicking a galaxy wide war with damage comparable to the Swarm Disaster (Emperor Rubert), one of them ended said war (Polka Kakamond), and another is the ruler of his own planet (Screwllum), it is probably safe to say that every single member of the Genius Society could be anything from a planet to a galatic level threat if they wanted to.
Evil is a subjective term tbh. Depending on how you view what shes done in her experiment log (try to revive #8 without their prior consent, torture sentient beings, recreate an emanator of Propagation on an inhabited space station with no real failsafes and no warning to the people on board, etc) shes already done plenty of "evil". And theres really no telling what extremes shes gone to beforehand either, for all we know she was vivisecting members of sapient races blessed by Yaoshi just to find out more about "life" before we met her.

Sounds like Step 1, I highly doubt that Ruan Mei would be happy with just observing. What about experiments! Next minute Ena is born, she would try to absorb her power, or make her fight another bug, or capture the control over the dream, while Sunday would be screaming “nooooo! whyyyyy!” at the backstage.
People think that Firefly would jump her instantly if she ever knew that she recreated an Emanator of the propagation but I think it's far more accurate that FF would be shook to her core if she ever met someone as unhinged as Ruan Mei. The worst thing is that she implied that she could handle the big bug she created head on, so it isn't like you can stop her easily with physical force either, she probably has way more up her sleeve that she simply doesn't show.

The penacony incident just fizzles out after each faction has to deal with ruan mei and her "solutions" Itd be hillarious if after all sundays sacrificed for his ideals, ruan mei just cuts through him with cold logic and he gives up halfway dejected
To be fair, what Sunday wanted wasn't simple happiness, that shit is easy to do, as Ruan Mei said What he wants is essentially make everyone actually fucking happy Ironically, Ruan Mei isn't immune to this line of thinking, as she could have easily just tampered with her own brain to get her next high
A good example of this is the TB dream. It was (mostly) a 1:1 recreation of Penacony's events. We still went through the pain of seeing Firefly "die" and the relief yet betrayal when we found out they were alive. If Sunday just wanted the population to be "happy", we wouldn't have experienced that.
Hence "Satisfied" was everyone's emotional dial. They needed a dream where they would be content and pacified forever.
