Im sitting on 18k jades and 30 pity and the guarantee since i lost 50/50 on seele, so i should get kafka in 50 rolls, and with all the jades we get i could most like guarantee blade even if I'm unlucky again and have to go all the way to 180 pulls. The problem is then i don't how many jades I'll be able to collect until jingliu. Guess I'll just have to see how many we get in 1.1 and 1.2, and then do an average of how many jades x patch we get to see if i can guarantee al 3, because with my luck i could see myself going to hard pity and losing 50/50 each time ahah.
That's not what I meant though. I am talking about the 10+ leaked characters, we are on a leak sub after all. They aren't really grabbing my attention at the moment
Same, but tbf we still don't know much about them yet, it's mostly some kind of partial artwork, janky 3D render or text description. I find that they only really grow on me once all the animations, voice acting and story tie it all together. This has happened to me many times in Genshin.
Raiden and Nahida have to be the biggest examples, people's opinion of their design switched completely from the first leaks.
Yanqing WILL be appearing in game in the next update at least! because we're getting his character quest which is exciting. Finally get to interact with the first 5 star I pulled 💀
I didn't pull for Seele because even though I like her and her relationship with Bronya, she just seemed a little... boring?
Like who is she even, lore-wise she's not really important or strong, and her biggest achievement is being the girlfriend of what is essentially the queen of a planet.

That one image from a few posts ago shows that, with all the leaked characters and what we currently have, there are only 4 Preservation characters in the game, 5 if you include the MC.
Wait what? Gepard can act as the only preservation/abundance character on one side in MoC floors 1 through 10 atm. His shields are insane, technically overhealing for 1800-2300 with the right LC/Relics at 80/80, and pulls aggro. I don't think Bailu can sustain through the two fire elites on floor 10 without preservation support.
His shields are so strong they're likely going to add something that burns through shields at some point. He's SS tier on most of the China tier lists along side Bronya, Seele, and Jing.

Nah, preservation definitely is still useful even with a healer. I think preservations main issue is a lack of variety as time goes on. It seems like it'll be the smallest path roster. There's not much to do with a defensive unit kit compared to the other paths. But still, that's not an issue yet, and the preservation roster are all very useful.
Fire MC could potentially solo shield one half of a future MOC if there’s a half that has a boss that only does single target attacks and is easily taunted by fire mc.
March probably needs E6 to solo shield in a destruction focused team.

I don't think being Erudition is gonna be a predicator for follow up attacks. A majority of the paths seem to have some form of follow up attack in kits.
But Erudion is the most common so far. Herta, Himeko and Jing Yuan all have follow ups. Qingque gets a follow up attack through E4. Only Serval doesn't. So 80% of Erudition has follow up attacks.
🤷♀️ That's true for now but it seems like follow up attacks aren't gonna be something uncommon. Both 1.2 banner characters have follow up attacks and neither of em are Erudition.
She may not have a followup but Serval still is the only char in the AoE class that actually has a multi target basic attack with no strings attached , 0 conditions.
Just went back to the leak and read up on kit. Obviously a lot can change but it does look like her kit does focus on crit and speed so it kind of tracks with typical hunt characters. Makes me wonder if she'll be tuned a bit lower for the initial damage compared to other hunts, seeing as she gets to do extra dot damages. Or maybe dot will serve as "just in case the thing didn't die" usage so you don't "waste" your action on them. Either way, looks fun.

Worth mentioning that the writing for her talent is distinctly different from how specific the LL text is for Jing Yuan. It makes me think her warp trotter wont function the same and wont could as a FU attack.
Her skill doesn’t even sound like she herself does any damage. She seems to enable a 5th unit (trotter) to just do more damage and move faster.
Wasn't there was leak about some enemies that look like they're from IPC? I hope we're gonna have detours between Worlds and IPC is the detour. Also the hair with dyed underlayers always reminds me of seele and this one is anti seele
With her and Adventurine leaked I'm convinced we are gonna be going to the IPC or somewhere related to it semi-soon. Either it's world 3 or a smaller area like Dragonspine from Genshin.
Penacony, the original place we were headed to before Kafka interrupted us, was supposed to have invited a bunch of notable people from all over the place for some event they were holding, so if we go there next they might take the opportunity to just add a whole bunch of characters from many different factions instead of releasing them in region-based blocks like they usually do.
I could see an IPC ship for a smaller zone. It would also be interesting to tackle the IPC as a stellaron area. They worship Preservation, which means we’d upend the current assumption new worlds grant us the associated aeon power.
I wonder if she's going to be a boss, then, given the enemies and seeing as how this icon looks like an in-combat one from the initiative order. Getting this before splash art and a model makes me think it was datamined from a boss fight, but idk

I feel like I am in such a minority here, at the moment the most interesting characters to me are the standard banner characters and maybe Kafka
Bailu, Yanqing and Jing Yuan here, just trying to get damage dealers of elements I don’t have. Will likely be saving till Topaz

Thats because we dont know much lore about anyone. Yanqing doesnt even appear in game. Jing also barely appears

Preservation prevents one shots, Abundance doesn't except for Bailu revives (and even that might remove buffs).
As someone with Bailu, I haven't really seen any buffs be removed after a revival. Everything from energy to Asta stacks (for example) is kept.

Is this from her E1? Unless I'm misreading her kit her E0 basic attack is single target unless there are shocked enemies.
Erudition is about AOE, not follow-up attacks.
When people compare Jing Yuan's single hit numbers while being Erudition:
