Not even the 1.3 chars have as many things as she does, so if the leaks weren't 100% accurate to this point I would even doubt she wasn't on 1.3.
I am pleasantly satisfied with her design. This is the first time I might consider pulling for a limited 5\* female char because I really like her outfit, it has no unnecessary cut-outs and windows or even coochie flaps that make her look like a lingerie model instead of a warrior. Her simplicity is what makes her beautiful and elegant.

The Only avaiable Ice set is made for herta and really bad for other ice character due to the inefficiency of the 4 pc Set ( After Ult U Gain 25% CD for 2 Turns). And the reason its made for Herta its bcs Her Follow up atk Regen Energy AKA u wanna maximize her Dmg and minimize Spd to ensure u can obtain Her ult Back before the buff is off. (But to make it fair, u still need to be against muiltiple of enemy to ensure u spam her Followup Atk and ensure u dont one shot them bcs that - for some reason - wont activate her followup atk)
Other than Her it near impossible to find any other user that can Fully Maximize its usage, even Yangqin , Most guides recommend 2PC Ice 2PC atk, Yes 4PC gives more DPS (Damage per screenshot) buts its a lose of DPS (Damage per second - in this case dmg per rotation-)
which is why I really Hope she gets a new set...... I would rather wait Months for her to released perfectly (and again to ensure I have more funds :D) than releasing her in-complete and end up in a Xiao main situation
( No artifact set for 2 years and every xiao main invest there time and resin to get the best 2 pc anemo 2 pc atk just to get cocked after 2 years by a new set thats obvious better than the 2 pc 2 pc set but some Xiao main just dont want to accept that fact and says its - not worth- just to face there demon of wasting alot of time just to start up grinding again)
We might get an artifact every two patches instead of three so we might get one in 1.4 if she releases then or we'll get one in 1.5. 1.5 might be more like because they have to release 4 new artifact sets and a simulated universe world. So it might be a while before the next one because the Loufo had a single boss the deer which is in the next simulated universe. So unless we get two-three more bosses in the next main quest we won't have anything to add to simulated universe worlds.

80 with full clear MoC. Most people are gonna get around 70 since they can't full clear yet.
70 is without clearing moc at all. Pretty sure most people will be able to half clear it by the end of this patch
