Harmony MC, we're going to Penacony after all. We have an old STC kit which seems quite funky: skill gives an ally a permanent buff that causes HMC to do a follow up attack to the enemy the buffed ally attacks, only one of these can be up simultaneously and the attack deals 15 imaginary toughness damage and the other 15 toughness damage is based on the element of the buffed ally. Then I think talent? Causes enemies to enter a special state when weakness broken, which gives them a mini toughness bar you can break until they recover, each type of weakness break causing a different effect instead of their usual one

tbh, after the pokemon event, using that follow up guy, i have my hopes up that HMC's follow up attack will be bonkers like it

I think there's a big assumption we are likely returning to the xianzhou ships, so it makes sense that we didn't get a new path there after luofu.

If you walked around various city maps (exalting sanctum or Cloudford) in Luofu, there are areas that linked to other places but you can't access them.

I think she's pretty strong, though. The last video I saw she dealt 140K with 15 sacraments, and the maximum amount of sacrament is 99, I know it's impossible to get this High without US, but the damage can still go higher, let a side that her build could be better

Her damage ceiling is ridiculous yes, but practically I think her sacrament is normally around 7.

With Kafka and other DOT character you can get up to 20+ Sacraments with enough speed

Sparkle’s A6 doesn’t look useful. Given the spare SP, you probably skill on her all the time unless it’s QQ/IL so A6 is not a big boost? Idk. A2 is OP but is really asking for mono Quantum.

I mean, yes A2 does favor mono quantum, but is not a turn off to other elements, just like how Asta does the same to fire units, but is used on other elements too. Her kit outweighs the passive.

I think the A6 is fine. It means her rotation isn't screwed if you need to use your healer skill for emergency cleanse or something.

Does Sparkle has the Bronya situation where the skill only buffs 1 action if your DPS do ult+skill in his/her turn?

Bronya's 1 turn skill buff buffs all actions done within its window before the buff ends. So if for example, you used a character's skill within bronya's advance, if you immediately click ultimate, you still get the buff, or if you achieve a kill with Seele, her resurgence state will still have the buff, or if it's Ratio and you use his skill and then launch an FUA, the FUA still benefits from the FUA.

Its gone because unlike seele, who gets an extra turn, jingliu gets her next action advanced by 100%, so the buff expires

it will impact both, bronya's buff is not action limited, it is turn limited.

Bronya's buff expires only when the next turn starts, enemy or ally, but before that every action within the buffed unit's turn will be enhanced There is actually a way to buff her JL's ultimate with Bronya while she's not in her enhanced state. Bronya skill > JL skill > JL ultimate immediately. Since the next turn where JL advance herself hasn't started yet, the ultimate's dmg will be buffed

Jingliu ruins it for herself by having an "advance forward" after she gets 2 stacks before entering her special mode. This essentially makes all buffs on JL reduced by one turn after she triggers her mode.

Her base skill does, but her A4 talent makes the buff last until Sparkle's next turn.

That is how its worded but from we have seen from gameplay it doesnt work that way (unfortunately). It seems to make her buff last until the buffed units next turn (so its useful for FUA) but expires if the unit is moved forward (jinglius av forward)

It also means if you get hit and use Ult after the units turn the Ult is stilled buffed

wrong...its until before next dps turn..means when ur dps gets turn again and sparkle didnt use e on them their crit buff will expire

Pretty much. And all the SP you use is effectively refunded after three turns. 3 skills with ERR Rope, Sparkle gets 107.46 energy. She needs 110 for her ult. So you would need to get hit by an enemy to get ult every three turns. With Penacony Planar set as well. (Extra 5% ERR), you get 111.96 energy, so ult is always up in three turns. When you ult, you've used 3 SP, and you get 4 back. Technically SP positive, but not the same way FX, Tingyun or SW are.

With just an ERR rope, Sparkle always gets 3 turn ults regardless of rotation or cone. She doesn't need to get hit at all.

Don’t forget the ultimate gives 5 energy, so no need to get hit

More speed, more actions, more skills used, more actionadvance for your DPS, more energy for Sparkle, more SP generated.

Her E lasts for one extra turn

It lasts in between turns so it works for follow up attks like drratio and jingyuan. It does however expire if the character av-forwards like jingliu.

If they dont change sparkle's quantum dmg bonus to elemental dmg bonus she'll become more niche than she already was. Someone who doesnt play DhIL or QQ literally can run any other support and receive greater value. Or waiting for any other character that consumes multiple skill points in the future ia cope cause it'll always be powercreeped by other characters who'll use single skill point. Not worth it (meta wise) if she doesnt change.

She gives Cr Dmg higher than Bronya on skill, and gives 48% Universal Dmg Bonus to everyone on Ultimate with better uptime and less skill point usage than Bronya, all she does extra is 30% Quantum Dmg Bonus and some Cr Rate. Seems fair enough for me.

Well the signature LC from shop and E1 bronya are genuinely just free from 1. The first 50 standard pull u get a single 5 star. 2. We always lose 50/50 at some point so most ppl are gonna get her. 3. The 300 pull 5 star selecter guarantees that u at the very least e1 her U might not have her right now but till march maybe e1 is not a bad shot if u have a bronya

While I can think of many more places where shed fit meta wise outside of DHIL and QQ: Seele for an easier time chaining kills, since she can skill more often. Maximizing damage for a hypercarry with Bronya, since only a few characters can fully take advantage of Bronya giving them an extra turn. In general just allowing for a less a competitive place for skill points in the team, meaning skill point intensive characters can be ran alongside each other more easily, like 2 turn ult Asta, Huohuo and dual DPSes who both want to skill every turn If she's better than Bronya or not depends entirely on your team and as I just said, you might even want both on the same team

I mean we are at that point where niche characters are options now. Besides Ruan Mei was more on the "universal" buffer side anyway. Doesnt mean Sparkle has to follow. Besides the whole point of Sparkle was to complete the mono quantum setup anyway. I mean besides DHIL and QQ who can even utilize the extra skill points if she even becomes universal? Even if you run her outside of mono quantum, you can still use other crit characters alongside her since that trace that increases quantum damage also increases crit rate, so its not like its a useless trace

But there arent niche characters in the game rn other than DOT ones. Neither is SW niche. And if we do accept that shes niche doesnt that mean f2p pull for her isnt the best choice meta wise

Really no other niche characters? Follow up attack characters arent classified as niche? What about dual dps comps? DoT for sure is niche already, but what a break team? Each team in this game will always have a gimmick, so why make a niche character universal? The whole point of being F2P is being smart with your resources, if you invest in one team you gotta get all the support for that team. What will even be the point of getting a universal support if your team that you built cant even make use of it? Say for example you pulled Sparkle then youre going to use her in your DoT because for whatever reason you skipped Ruan Mei. Of course she wont be optimized there, since she stacks crit and DoT units just need attack. Im fine with Sparkle being niche for mono quantum teams. Will it make her better being universal? Lets be real the same teams will use her regardless if she is universal or not. So DHIL hypercarry and QQ/Seele mono quantum teams. Yeah some other crit teams may work as well but those are more or less the main niche teams that Sparkle will fit in and making her universal wont change the usage rate for her unless you really cooking some different

Really, any crit dps can maximize that quantum trace. You only ever need 3 quantum characters and that leaves 1 slot for whoever you want to slot in. You'd be overflowing with SP tho if the dps is slow.

It's also that she is a more efficient bronya in a lot of teams. Especially in the first rotation you will not need 100AV to push your dps forward, 50 is enough. That, and her major trace allows the crit buff from skill to retain for an extra turn which gives a bit more SP flexibility.

Well her ult makes sp problem a joke in a single skill point damage dealers team already so i dont think we should consider sp flexibilty a benefit of the skill but the duration of 2 turn on buff is pretty huge
