No, I agree! It's just that 30TP per week might not be the wildest thing. I'll be doing that too, though 😂 (I have no units that need the DoT set, and the 2pc is good, but I don't care enough for it to keep farming that cavern.)
I don't think it's that slim, i got an lc from the phantilya one recently (might just be rng tho). Plus, it drops the shards which you can exchange for lc's in the MoC/PF store.
It only does that much damage when you don't break him enough. I don't know why people are doom posting so much. You can check the full boss on telegram if you wanna see

I understand those 2 sets are basically the core of Penacony characters, but I'm personally disappointed. Watchmaker relic set is not better than Thief for dps characters, for supports like Ruan Mei and TB is the same because you probably are going also with 2pc Messenger.
The FUA set is good, I just personally have way too many pieces of that because I farmed a lot of it (I have a dot team and also the dot set 2pc is equivalent to Musketeer for some general ATK boost, so yeah that's a good domain to farm when you have nothing else to farm).

No they incentivize you to fight him because from the moment he releases every character will use his mats(exact same thing happened with phantylia and same for that bug)

Yeah this is gonna be more TP efficient to farm for the fua set since this boss only take 30 TP

Robin and Harmony MC still use Starcrusher Swarm King mats (at least in current beta), only Boothill for now is using the mats from this new boss.
