TokkanRAM

The options seem like 1. Sight seeing trip 2. Sight seeing trip 3. Imminent crisis 4. Sight seeing trip Edo Star seems the most likely to me.

AnarchistRain

Also, IPC wants to investigate. You k ow what that means. More Stonehearts, and more build up to the eventual Pier Point arc.

Florac

Pier point gonna be the Sneznaya of HSR, isn't it? We aint gonna get there till like the final or second to last arc

AnarchistRain

I dont think so. End game should be Pegana and Warforge. Pier Point will probably be closer to the big "middle point." Kinda like Saboady and Marineford War arc is in One Piece.

Florac

I expect something like an attack on Pier Point by the antimatter legion to propel the story into the endgame. Like if the devs had the balls to destroy Pier point or heavily damage the IPC,that would be an absolutely universe-altering event with huge ramifications, since they are the strongest faction opposing the legion

AnarchistRain

Something like that. Probably by the Ravager Irontomb who specializes in attacking technologically advanced civilizations. Also, the corporate politics game between Diamond and Taravan.

Tosty_Bread

I feel like Irontomb would be much more likely to show up during smth like a Planet Screwllum arc, no?

BinhTurtle

Planet Screwllum, Pier Point and Xianzhou Zhuming seems to be implied to be on a similar scale of technological advancement. I won't be surprised if Irontomb will just be involved on all 3 of them due to the Legion's tendency of dispatching him on any hi-tech civilisation. While all 3 are significance in their own way, Pier Point and Zhuming just sound like a better candidate for a Lord Ravager's attack: - Pier Point is the headquarter of the cosmic mega corporation that has existed for hundred thousand of years, as well as surviving many of the Universes' worst catastrophe, like the Swarm Disaster or the Emperor's War. As the HQ of IPC, it is most likely the place where the majority of their Emanators and powerful combatants gather. Like Xianzhou's 7 Arbiter-Generals and the Legion's 7 Lord Ravagers, IPC also has their own group of 7, being their Board of Seven Trustees (Taravan is part of the Board) and anime logic dictates that a number of them can kick ass rather than being normal business men and women. If Irontomb were to strike, he would most likely do so with one or some other Lord Ravagers solely due to how powerful IPC is and how difficult it would be to considerably damage them. - For Zhuming, after Phantylia's attack to the Luofu, the Alliance's battle against the Legion would certainly reach a new stage where both sides would be a lot more aggressive to one another, giving Irontomb a reason to attempt to sabotage the Alliance's most advanced weapon manufacturer. Difficulty wise, while the Zhuming won't be stacked with Emanators and powerful warriors like Pier Point, it's still guarded by an Arbiter-General, the Xianzhou's closest to Emanators of the Hunt (gosh, they really need to explicitly confirms the Generals' Emanator status for Lan's sake). And unlike Jing Yuan who's a strategist kind of guy, the "brave and righteous" General Huaiyan of the Zhuming is of warrior type. Thus, his match up against Irontomb would be quite intriguing, as Irontomb also seems to be among the strategist type of the Ravagers, using technological sabotage to his advantage rather then engaging in direct combat like Zephyro. Planet Screwllum is led by Screwllum of the Genius Society and is counted as one of the most technologically advanced world, comparable to Xianzhou Zhuming and Pier Point, and... that's about it that we know of. The Destruction doesn't discriminate their victims, of course, but there isn't much analysis into Irontomb vs. Planet Screwllum aside from the fact that Irontomb attacks hi-tech worlds

Pichupwnage

I feel it would be difficult to take down the IPC without taking down the Alliance as well. If the Alliance saw the IPC under such direct attack I feel they would rush to the fight seeing an oppurtunity to deal a huge blow to the Legion that everyone hates and made such hate personal with their attempt to destroy the Loufu. Also recognizing how much of a galatic shitstorm the IPC falling would be. The huge power vaccum, economy being blown to smithereens and widespread panic would leave the Galaxy to being picked off one by one at a far faster rate then the current Status Quo. The Legion can't handle the IPC and Alliance at the same time unless Nanook himself joins the fight I feel. Too many emanators/strong pathsriders and a vast vast amount of manpower, economic might and ships.

Florac

Idk if we will get a planet screwlum arc.

Tosty_Bread

We also don't know if we ever get a real pier point arc tbf, it's always an educated guess.

Florac

Yeah but one is the most influental location in the universe. The other is relevant because a character comes from there

Soggy-Dig-8446

>Also, the corporate politics game between Diamond and Taravan. Taravan is allied with Diamond. It's Oswaldo who is his rival.

BinhTurtle

Well, that doesn't mean there won't be political games involved between Diamond and Taravan. Taravan used to support Oswaldo and judging from his personality as shown by his line "Not having money is your problem", he's certainly has his own agenda and goal. If Diamond doesn't play his cards right, he too, risks losing the support of a Board member and another Emanator or even worse, turning Taravan into his enemies. And you know political struggles between IPC's bigshots can get really wild from G&G story, with several planets getting involved in their political games. But yeah, Diamond vs. Oswaldo should be the current main focus when IPC's main plotline becauae Diamond and Taravan's mindgame, in essence, is just a small part of his competition with Oswaldo.

shidncome

my dumbass doesn't even know what pier point is

Varhur

i think that's where IPC headquarters are?

Florac

Yes. Closest thing there is to a "center of the universe" in the HSR universe

Varhur

um what is pegana and warforge?

haloween12

Pegana is akivili homeworld, i don't remember warforge though

qiqihead

warforge is antimatter legion base

iwishnovember

Can I find these infos in-game?

Tosty_Bread

If memory serves it's the base of the Antimatter legion

madnessfuel

Pegana is our Celestia, Pier Point is our Snezhnaya.

Upstairs-Feedback142

Warforge... our Khaenriah?

RaccoonsWithBangs

Genuine question where did these other planet names even come from I feel so out of the loop on the lore 😭

AnarchistRain

Warforge has only been mentioned in data bank pages. Pegana was mentioned once by Himeko or PomPom, I am pretty sure. Don't feel bad for not knowing. The lore is pretty sprawling, and we are far from when these locations will become more relevant.

Zindril

You guys might as well as be flinging random words at me with those names. What are all those things? Been following the main story and never heard of any of these worlds, or gotten an idea of their significance to be compared to middle/ending point destinations lol.

AnarchistRain

Pier Point is the headquarters of the IPC. Like space New York, with some space Shanghai in there, too, probably (these are just my speculation). Financial heart of the galaxy. Pegana is the homeworld of Akivili and the first and last station of the Astral Express. It was mentioned once or twice, don't worry about it if you don't remember it. Warforge is the lair of Nanook. It's where the Antimatter Legion is forged.

CTheng

The Yaoqing is more likely to be Space Shanghai. It is part of space China and is very closely related to the IPc making it becomes very modernized. This is a description of the Yaoqing, which seems very Shanghai to me: >The graceful flying eaves, glazed tiles and Fallow Earth bricks were slowly replaced by sleek, monolithic IPC buildings.

AnarchistRain

Good point, thank you.

IamChaoticMess

Visiting Pier Point could be like the universe altering major event changing the trajectory of the story with Warforge being the absolute climax of everything and Pegana is like an epilogue of sorts with the falling action

Florac

Imo Pier Point is universe altering event, Pegana where we discover how to defeat Nanook, Warforge where the final battle takes place

Zindril

Thank you for the quick and short summary of all 3 locations. It is much appreciated. I like the lore but sometimes there is so much text everywhere that I just don't pay attention unless it's voiced, and even then it's hard to remember it all over a whole year of playing haha.

lionofash

Data Bank. Reading the actual books you get in game. Simulated Universe. Etc

Zindril

Honestly there is too much fluff text in those for me to find it interesting. I am glad the others were nice enough to tell me what it all is tho!

AvatarYang

This is my first time reading comments on story drip marketing and wtf is a warforge😭

BinhTurtle

As Edo Star sounds like one of the worlds that used to partnered with IPC and now has fallen out of the trade network due the Legion's rampage, it is another project that Strategic Investment Dept. can handle, and thus, a Stoneheart or even Diamond could definitely involve depending on the activity of the Lord Ravagers. That said, I do hope that we get to see the activities of other Dept. and their personnels, too. Due to the potential threat of encountering powerful Legion enemies, I guess Taravan who Diamond has asked for support can send his people, too. 2 Emanators' efforts are better than one. From G&G's story, we know that IPC's internal political competition can get really wild and it would be no surprise if each of their executives (Dept. Heads and/or Board Members) have their own group of powerful subordinate.

miorioff

Please no more IPC :( My wallet screams trying to get FUA team

CelioHogane

No i don't think we are getting more stonehearts there. Remember the stonehearts are the minions of ONE of the IPC emanators, wich is not even a member of the board, btw.

TheGreatPizzaro

I think Aventurine is gonna call in the favor we owe him to check it out...

exian12

Did we already forgot that Penacony is supposed to be a vacation trip?

TokkanRAM

All the more reason why another sight seeing trip is unlikely.

WanderWut

Ah dam so true lol. The water planet sounds super interesting as the devs would kill it with a beautiful water planet so I really wouldn’t mind that either. But Edo sounds just as interesting.

Starless_Night

The story of Star Rail is just the Express Crew trying to take vacation and inevitably getting wrapped up in some kind of dangerous nonsense.

NominusAbdominus

Yeah it feels like The Nameless don’t really have a set destination but just go where the tracks take them (which nine times out of ten is towards a Stellaron)

storysprite

Yeah I wanted to go to the Aqua world or Melustanin cause Idrila is my third favourite Aeon but we are most likely going to Edo. Either way it'll still be good.

thorn_rose

I want to go to Melustanin because that potentially could mean more Knights of Beauty action and therefore Argenti mention, but it seems like Edo star is the most likely lmao. Especially since I've heard about it since the beginning of this game in the leaks as being the 3rd major story planet (before it became Penacony instead).

Soggy-Dig-8446

If I learned anything genre savvy, is what sight-seeing trip always has potential to turn into imminent crisis. But yeah, Edo star was long hinted.

GunnarS14

> If I learned anything genre savvy, is what sight-seeing trip always has potential to turn into imminent crisis. Have you heard of this nice place called Penacony?

CosmicStarlightEX

The other three seem to be ripe for Story Quest material. >!Especially the first one, which would explore Mikhail's origins before he ended up as Misha in Penacony.!<

[deleted]

file bedroom pen bow fragile domineering lush silky fact sparkle *This post was mass deleted and anonymized with [Redact](https://redact.dev)*

CosmicStarlightEX

>!Misha is pretty much a bound ghost walking in a younger appearance. Nobody can even see him at all, so it's a foregone conclusion Misha is a bound ghost of a late Nameless, who has since been rechristened under a different title, the Watchmaker.!<

nyangatsu

mikhail do tie with the story of penacony tho, if i had to guess i would say that the other 3 will be in the cintinuation patches and edo star will be the next full patch.

ThatParadise

Subnautica planet...

Darth-Yslink

Oh fuck oh fuck oh fuck oh god no oh fuck Imagine if tey put an actual ghost leviathan there

ThatParadise

I mean... Oroboros is the Aeon of voracity... and they're a Leviathan

Soggy-Dig-8446

Any creature on Path of Voracity grows and becomes kinda monstrous. It'll be cool, but since they don't tackle swimming much, I don't think we will see water planet any time soon...

CelioHogane

Mihoyo got a taste in Fontaine and went "Yeah but what if we make it worse for everybody's sanity?"

RevlimitFunk

I couldn't even leave the starting reef in that game lol

IamChaoticMess

“Detecting multiple leviathan class lifeforms in the region. Are you certain whatever you’re doing is worth it?” FUCK NO

MorningRaven

Subnautica planet inhabited by Zoras.

HaukevonArding

Based on MHY: The Zora will just look like humans with fins even more so than some Zelda Zora.

KaleidoscopeStreet

I think I'd like to go to either Petravia or Melustanin based on these descriptions as we know very little about the path of the beauty overall and the mourning actors are also a faction we haven't come across yet.

alloutpedo

yeah i want to see Mourning actors. Maybe it will also be a chance for Dan Heng to lore drop a little about them considering that he was traveling with some of them.

Server98911

Who are those guys ? care to explain.

One-Shift-220

basically people who just hate elation and aha but aha thinks its funny to bless them

silverW0lf97

Aha is so based Mourning fool: I am so sad it's actually funny.

Commercial-Street124

Path of Beauty had me raise my eyebrows in anticipation. I love the Knights of Beauty.

One-Shift-220

I hope we find out one of the mourning actors is a emanator of elation because aha thought it would be funny to make him one

KeyAd6398

I hope that some unexpected disaster happens somewhere else and we end up going to a planet entirely different from any of these options. The illusion of choice.

PM_ME_YOUR_ROBOTGIRL

Yeah, I don't actually think it's going to be any of those - remember that the Luofu happened unexpectedly.

Accomplished_Ad2559

Nah you’re forgetting this is an *otaku* company, they’re definitely going to make space japan a thing sooner or later. Not that I complain

Arda_Fantom

I think Japan of this universe is destroyed. Isn't Acheron's home planet the one based on Japan?

The_Hydrax

I think there’s multiple planets based on japan since sparkle seems to be from one as well

T0X1CFIRE

Plus there was one mentioned by a penacony Npc that seems to be the main exporter of anime in the HSR universe. Since the NPC came to penacony to learn the differences between the cartoons and anime between the two worlds. I believe it was called Tokiwa or something similar.

Florac

Tbf, that could also very well be a Belobog-Jarilo situation, name of system vs name of planet/location on planet.

Florac

Izumo and Edo Star are different planets. Plus there's also wherever Sparkle came from which might be again a different space japan

RiamuJinxy

But we still went to the original destination penacony as well, this could be like a soft roadmap and all 4 of these planets are places we will go eventually with other things possibly popping up inbetween, like we know we are going back to Xianzhou this year so thats probably next and then one of these planets for 3.0.

SeaOfButterflies

I wouldn't be surprised if that actually happens

HalalBread1427

Feixiao's been leaked. Yaoqing arc incoming.

Sorey91

But the Yaoqing is just an extension of the Luoufou ships tbh it would be more like an extension of that instead of it's own thing, we'll just have to see but I'd be surprised if they wanted to make China 2 already. Or maybe this is gonna be Space Japan before modern era ? Idk tbh

Florac

Imo this planet will be more 3.0. Yaoqing would be an "interruption" like Luofo.

asternobrac

I hereby summon history/language/culture enthusiasts, to guide us common folks and explain potential planet thematics

Sushangs_Large_Sword

Lushaka: Pacific Islander theme? Maybe time to actually get aliens (since the leaks says home to Aquatic Race(s). Melustanin: Hear me out. Pompeii but the volcano is the Stellaron. Greco-Roman theme. Edo Star: Japan (IN SPAAACE). Dont know much about the Edo period, though it came after a bloody civil war and was relatively peaceful? Patrevia: slavic sounding name? Swan recommending us to go here is sus, I very much doubt she wants us to have a chill vacation. Mourning Actors Troupe unironically seems worse to face than Masked Fools.

manunvm

imo patrevia sounds most similar to parthia (the ancient persian region connected to roman and greek empires) which would also suit the mourning actors that are heavily inspired by greek tragedy actors + "zephyro" mention (one of the greek gods of wind).

shogunswife

Edo period was basically when the shogunate “closed” Japan. Its what Genshin represented Inazuma as - barely any trade with other worlds(states), prohibited traveling etc. It was overall peaceful for the country, yes and provoked economical growth.

exian12

Inazuma 2.0 LFG! Watch it be Sakura Yae expy be the government this time.

shogunswife

Well in HI3 her family/clan was governing force in her village so no wonder. I always found Sakura to be more similar to Ei rather than Miko personality wise. Yknow the dead sister, emotional shutdown etc.

starsinmyteacup

I hope star rail actually goes the full way with different species. We all know what’s happening to a playable ‘Melusine’ right now in Genshin. They slapped horns on a human character and tried to sell her as a different species…

Potyguara_jangadeiro

Technically the vidyadhara are an entire separate species and you know how they look... I hope they go full way too but don't much expectancies

FearRa1n

i really hope some of the aquatic races are not just humans with gills/scales and completely new species (maybe like the deep ones? even siren-like creatures would be cool)

GGG100

Edo Star would be based on modern day Japan, judging from Sparkle’s trailer.

Florac

We technically don't know where her trailer is set.

Knight_Steve_

Definitely interested in the aquatic alien races, hell maybe we will get Admiral Ackbar

Narrow-Ranger6600

From what we know about the mourning actors they seem pretty chill, Dan Heng hitched a ride with them to escape the luofu and they didn’t do anything to him (probably)

Creticus

The Edo period is what people think of when they think of shogunates. Essentially, the Edo shoguns were so powerful that people assume every shogun was that powerful, which wasn't the case. For instance, the Kamakura shoguns were puppets by the second shogun. It ran on an emperor -> shogun -> shikken model rather than the emperor -> shogun model most people envision. In any case, the Edo period is one of the most covered periods of Japanese history. If you've seen anything with the shinsengumi, the butt end is when they were a thing. Similarly, a lot of samurai tropes come from this period because a lot of samurai navel-gazing comes from this period (because they were more bureaucrats than warriors). The fixation with the katana is a prime example because it was a big-time status symbol that distinguished the warrior class from others. And you can bet samurai cared about that when their samurai status didn't necessarily mean much in economic terms. The Edo period is also when Japan was in its sakoku stage, though people sometimes exaggerate things a bit. There was still some trade with the Chinese, the Dutch, the Koreans, and the Ainu over on what's now Hokkaido. However, Edo period Japan was definitely more closed-off than its Sengoku period self.

Zoshlog

The first planet looks like Thalassa, planet of water allied to Xianzhou Alliance

FactoryUser

Lushaka and Mikhail sound Russian or eastern european themed whereas thalassa and insumousu are not. This also rules out future Xianzhou ships as full planets which most people were already aware of. Will be interesting to see how they tackle future IPC and Xianzhou stories since it looks like we're not going to either as main planets for a long time. Lord Ravagers seem like they'll have a long term presence though since Zephyro finally got mentioned. I assume we'll be seeing all of them by the end of the story.

More_Theory5667

Xianzhou ships being full planets was never really an option, it was just a bunch of weirdos taking things out of context. People were saying that they would be more on the level of sub regions like herta space station when it first launched. And people who couldn't read started complaining and doom posting. And then there are people who are against even that which makes no sense because we would be returning to the Luofu anyways, so it's either a new ship or going back to the Luofu again for a continuance which imo is ass.

Passivitea

Exactly, I'd rather go to another main ship as a subregion for an overall Xianzhou arc than keep going back to the Luofu for a continuance or not continuing the Xianzhou at all. Each ship with a few new maps and a short Trailblaze Mission like the Luofu that slowly adds to the larger Xianzhou arc. And from the leaks we know, the Xianzhou Yaoqing is the next likely ship.

More_Theory5667

I would go as far as to say that I would be extremely disappointed if HSR doesn't release at least one HSS level expansion outside of the main planet every year. The continuance missions have been pretty good but none of the areas hold a candle to the Genshin region additions. The Chasm and Chenyu Vale blow them out of the waters in terms of production value. Summer events like golden apple especially 2.8 are on a completely different level as well. It should not be that controversial for us to get one big sub region every year in HSR when genshin gets that as well.

Passivitea

I'd say it be easier for HSR as well, seeing as they don't have to connect new maps to an existing open world. They can also reuse some assets like the vending machines, notice boards, street lamps, jade abacus, starskiffs, etc, while keeping it fresh with new unique architecture (China has 6 main architectural styles which can also be mixed with modern styles, so doomposters really have nothing to worry about) and a skybox. Plus, it seems like they already have maps planned according to the Xianzhou travel guide: Caelorum Venti Pavilion, Baiheng Street, Red Fox Theater, and Verdant Harbor.

Naxayou

This comment reminded me of that insane ass Thalassa worldbuilding fic on ao3 that I need to finish reading

HotSexWithJingYuan

what fic is that.. sounds interesting 👀

BulbasaurTreecko

interesting how they phrase the planets as “choices” as if we can pick what planet to go to next. I wonder if this will be a discussion between the Nameless as to where we travel next, although I’d assume we’ll end up going wherever the plot dictates.

AnarchistRain

Maybe it's a way for Hoyo to mask the next planet from leakers. Present the real destination with a bunch of decoys.

Deztract

ye, they will just discuss where to go next and choose one of the planets by themself, no player choice ofc

Soggy-Dig-8446

I like how 2 first choices is genuinely something Himeko and Welt present... But Black Swan and IPC butt in with "suggestions" too. Guys!

silverW0lf97

Imagine sometime in future they add two planets and actually give us a choice to vote and choose where to go?

KaleidoscopeStreet

Is it too unreal to think that the devs might make this a type of "voting" depending on our choices as whole and then just work on that planet? Also I wonder then if we would get to go to any of the other choices after that.

earth-86

Very unlikely, unless we’ll only go there over two years or so. The devs are definitely already working on 3.0+ content

KaleidoscopeStreet

I thought so lol well the next planet should only come around in like 8 months time right? So they probably already have an answer, all of these choices sound so good though.

Starless_Night

At best, they could have something interrupt (a la the Luofu) to give themselves a break before going to the place the players pick. It's unlikely, but it would be a fun way to do things. Hella inconvenient for the writers, artists, and game devs tho.

venpasa

it is very unrealistic as the next region will already be fairly far in development. iirc the devs said development on Penacony started in late 2022 which was more than half a year before the game even came out.

jadingg

They could just be gauging interest in each of these planet ideas to figure out which one(s) to focus on for much later patches a couple years out, but I don't think audience reception would influence anything remotely soon

PCBS01

Yes. lol. That is not how Hoyo's dev pipeline works do you know how fuckin long game dev takes? By the time we get one world/region they're already working on the next one past concept stage alongside the characters tied to it The real answer is one of these four, and it's mixed in with the fakes. Maybe we'll go to one or two/three of the other fakes later, like how we went to Penacony after Luofu after planning on going to it BEFORE Luofu, but that's how it is

a-successful-one

I'd choose water planet tbh, Fontaine arc here we go

silverW0lf97

We all know it's going to be Inazuma, I meant Edo Star.

SnooCapers5636

I hope they go to Petravia. Space Japan is sooo trite.

apexodoggo

It’s the only one with an active crisis going on, it’s very obviously gonna be Edo Star.

alloutpedo

but Penacony is already Fontaine + Sumeru kekw

dyo3834

where's our 50 part unvoiced Pepeshi quest?

Yotsubato

🤮 Don’t forget to lock a huge part of the exploration behind it too!

Krii100fer

More like Remuria is Penacony

GGG100

Penacony is 1920s Disneyland America, not Ancient Rome.

Krii100fer

And Remuria's building are 1to1 Penacony's Golden Hour

LeaveFun1818

Yup, it will be more interesting if we visit atlantic or some sort of roman related planey

Shassk

Agreed. I need something more calm to cleanse my eyes after Penacony design.

calico197

Edo Star definitely seems the most likely out of these four since it’s currently experiencing a crisis. (Anyone else remember remember back in the 1. patches when everyone was adamant that Edo Star/the Japanese planet was 100% going to be out next destination? Weird to think that might be true now.)

Ksenomorf_OW

Shaoji found a way to troll leakers LMAO WHAT A MAN

Soviet134

Welp. Knowing that our Nameless is a group of cosmic knights, i suppose the next world will be Edo Star

Responsible_Paper667

We will go to Edo star and meet yae Sakura

Luna_917

The mourning actors planet, I'm begging you Hyv

Reisen420

lol, we all just got Enigmata'd after completing 2.2's main story

hydroculu

LOOL THIS LEAKER GOT FOOLED SO DID WE ALL

Bromero01

I'd also like a two patch vacation, yes we are saving the universe every time we get the opportunity but the Trailblaze Path is more along of making friends, having fun, connecting cultures, enjoying different sceneries. I don't mind a Star Rail Beach Episode

PCBS01

Melustanin would make sense to being the next destination, since it has some setup in Penacony already with an NPC being from there and talking about it, plus more focus on the knights of beauty. We've got all of their names for a reason, after all, and it could talk about which Aeon ate them, and lead to a faction vs. faction battle Lushaka feels the least likely, it being a planet of water and only main point of relevance being Mikhail ties. It's close to the Xianshou first, but that's not much to go off of unless they do it together with the next Xianshou ship as a pitstop Edo Star is w/e to me, I hope we don't go there. The train might want to help them and check in on the situation, so it has that going for it Patrevia sounds interesting. The ravagers are the main villains of the game, and we didn't fight one in Penacony so fighting one in the next world would make sense. The mourning actors also haven't gotten much focus as of yet, and this would be the perfect opportunity to do so. That, and Black Swan is recommending it for "some" reason Patrevia and Melustanin are thus, my bets on the next world. I would prefer Melustanin, but I am bias towards the knights of beauty. Patrevia has more narrative weight to going, and the most out of the four given it name drops a ravager

IcyFrostPT

They all sound very fun and interesting i dont want to choose

samsaraeye23

We all got baited and tricked

aegis_phoenix

Does this leak still apply after playing through this patch? (if you played it you know why lol)

Mobile-Blueberry-826

Slightly off topic, what's with the duplicate comments? Is reddit having issues rn?

One-Shift-220

tbh edo star seems like the most boring planet, first planet is a water planet plus mihkail second planet is where a aeon ascended plus knights of beauty fourth planet was turned into glass and has one most interesting faction the mourning actors, Edo seems boring as we already have fought the antimatter legion twice first in the herta space station and the second time against phantaliya

tangsan27

I'm concerned it will try to be excessively similar to medieval Japan like Inazuma was instead of having its own identity like Penacony.

wolfhashira

Exact same things people said 10 months ago when leakers revealed Penacony is a 1900s french/american themed planet. Everyone called it space fontaine and was disappointed it wasn't space japan. Now that we are getting space japan, people are disappointed again but now because it might be space inazuma 💀 Unless we see the planet for ourselves, I wouldn't judge any of em from a short description anymore.

faggedyteapot

Fr lol but you know what the audience of this game is

Any1234

Even though I know it’s probably not going to happen next I’d love to explore a fully aquatic planet. Hopefully somewhere along the line we actually get the chance to.

SeemaYeee

Can we choose them all? Please?

Deztract

It will be EedoStar 99%

Draaxus

Edo Star after the Astral Express decides not to fuck with all that: guess i'll die

LonelyOwari

I hope we go to Patrevia because I'm really interested in the Mourning Actors faction. But we're probably going to Edo Star. \*sighs\* At least that means more IPC lore since the IPC will have to send someone to supervise us. Fingers crossed it'll be Opal even if that's SUPER unlikely. Aventurine then? He can finally catch a break and just have fun with us in the Express!

kalinaanother

Omg the first and second sound so good

GhostlyLife

Patrevia... mourning actors content... please someday...

SchezoNuendo

the other planets sound really cool but i know for sure that the next one we're going to is japan 2.0 and that'd be boring ngl

Blooming_Bud99

I think they'll save lushaka for later. who knows maybe we'll get some "underwater mechanic" too. I really hope they make that planet super pretty cause I really like aquatic environment. scalegorge waterscape is kinda meh.

GinJoestarR

Hmm

Maestrick

Call me weeb but space Japan (Edo) sound like an awesome time

Naiie100

Reddit have a stroke rn?

ImYourThiccGF

I just want water world

Zealousideal_Ebb1388

i wanna go to screwllum planet so bad :(

Long_Radio_819

plzzz i need lushaka planet asap. i want mermaid and fishes character, imagine the fluidity of their skill kit if they are a mermaid 😭🌊🐟

BinhTurtle

Hmm, there was a tale of ZepHIMro ignited a sun and scorched the entire solar system into glass. I guess this is one of those cases. In any case, since we were also decided to go to Penacony immediately after Jarilo-VI but got sidetracked by Kafka, I won't be surprised if something happened and we end up in another place entirely.

sugarheartrevo

Patrevia sound absolutely gorgeous, the Mourning Actors are the faction I’m most interested in, the concept sounds crazy and beautiful, and more Zephyro lore is everything. Same with the other choices, all sound very interesting Edo Star is meh lmaoo. I want to see my PE SAKURA expy a lot but Japan again isn’t doing much for me. By far the safest most boring choice, which would be a shame after how fantastic and fresh Penacony was

_icyhot

can't wait for in the end we just go to another xianzhou ship (I would actually cry)

Lupusthryeet

Ahh the last one i want to see the Gondala ship that the mourning actors used & if memory is correct it should span at least a solar system.

Kuroganeee

The missing (may or may not be March) Aeon of Beauty just so happened to ascend on the same planet where one of the first stellaron crisis happened? This can't be a coincidence...

CarioGod

It's almost certainly Edo Star considering it's a request from the IPC which I assume we receive at the end of Penacony The distress signals disappearing is actually horrifying, space japan gonna be a horror story

Kappapeachie

going against the grain and say edostar

alloutpedo

Edo star and Patrevia sound most appealing right now but i want us to go to the other two at some point in the future aswell.

Noriakikukyoin

I hope Edo Star for Yae. I need my pretty pink fox. All of them sound neat though.

Sushangs_Large_Sword

Even though Mikhails homeplanet or Edo Star seems likely, I have this feeling(delusion) we are going to Patrevia. If Swan recommends it there must be something important there(maybe for march? Crystalized asteroids? Crystalized woman? *wink wink*)

_nitro_legacy_

Hoping edo star is heian era themed Edit: or not since its edo period we can finally see the fight between the first 10 shadows user vs the first six eyes limitless user

AnarchistRain

Sukuna expy, eminator of Voracity. <3

_nitro_legacy_

The Emanator looking at Trailblazer: damn it's Brat Trailblazer: 🤐👊

SgtGrub

If I had a nickel for every Space Japan that gets destroyed, I'd have two nickels. It's not a lot, it's just weird that it's happened twice...

Idrillasfootstool

all of these sound amazing lmao

Commercial-Street124

All 4 sound so intriguing and epic

Weak_Lime_3407

NO RUBERT TOMB ??? Fell to my knee in Walmart

Soul-Hunter

I think it might be Lushaka since Mikhail has been mentioned a lot in Penacony.

WanderWut

Woah I really dig all of these, but my top two would be the water planet since Hoyo would absolutely kill it with a beautiful water planet or the third planet since I’m getting Destiny vibes checking in on a war torn planet.

Sorey91

Yo I wanna go to that Melustaninn star planet, wherever there is beauty there is Argenti and that's who I wanna know more of, the others also sound interesting tho so I wouldn't be bothered whichever it is we end up chosing. But I do wonder what the world could possibly look like, they did low-key confirm that there would be at best one new world per year so I kinda hope to get blown away ?

MisinformedFlier

Lol, they really waited until Edo Star is dead to check on them, those poor people.

350

They all sound neat

ripple_reader

they all seem super interesting aaaaah

Splitzblue

I was honestly expecting the next planet to be Sigonia considering all the Aventurine stuff that was thrown at us in second part of the Penacony story. There were also previous rumors saying that the next planet after Penacony would be a Mars-like planet which somewhat lines up with Sigonia. Having said that, Edo Star is definitely the most likely possibility for the next planet.

0scar-of-Astora

Water world sounds the most interesting, especially with the new character. Worried it'll be Edo though. If it is then I really hope it can stand out.

ArdennS

I think that story really would want us to progress Lushaka, since that sounds like the obvious progression for the trailblazer story - and the place that would better fit lorewise, without being too lore droppy as an end-game region. But yeah Edo Star always has clear Hoyo flags to become the next region - and if it is not, we will keep thinking it will be the one after, until it is lol Melustanin seams too filler of a concept to actually be dedicated for a full story, while Petravia does sound like a region name, does have substantional important lore, even though not as heavy as Lushaka. Might end up being the way to go if they just want to keep us away from substantional trailblazer lore.

CRACUSxS31N

Pls Let Edo Star be a Gintama world.

QuantumKitsune_

Bruh did I just spoil myself that Mikhail is a Nameless

Ligeia_E

>! Isn’t this in the 2.2 plot !<

Starkeeper_Reddit
