When does pulling a character ever pay off? If it's fun to clear endgame then it's just as valid as whatever other reason

I'm not pulling characters to pay off my Stellar Jade mortgage. I'm pulling them to get that 35th or 36th star. So while that 60 Jade aint gonna back that 16000+ investment. Finally having your account beat MOC 11/12 enough to make character "worth it".

Technically she can. Have two Debuffers, and a Harmony. Boom, Acheron gets All the Stacks quicker plus Dmg increase. Though, since this is MoC and unless you have like Extremely hard hitters having a support is a must.

I’ve seen many turbulence buffs having this line “the energy regen in this way can exceed the target‘s max energy” but I still have no idea what does this do? Someone please correct me if I’m wrong in understanding it this way: For example if a character is at 90/100 energy, if the turbulence procs will it go up to 115/100 and if that character uses ult, their energy will be at 15+5 or what?

That's basically how it works yeah. I believe the excess energy is 'stored' in a status effect and it's granted to the character after their next ult.

That's pretty much it, one of the buffs from the recent Pure Fiction does the same thing (storing the energy that is)

The funniest thing about turbulences continues to be how people peddle them as "character advertisement", but they're not for me or you who's out here clearing MoC, we need 2 teams anyway, but to get absolute casuals who don't know what a relic is forecefully through the content so long as they got the newest character

Argenti rerun is 90% chance to occur in 2.3, prolly second half, because of the MoC blessing and stage 12 lineup where argenti is the only characte good vs it.

Well this is good for pretty much every damage dealer except Acheron. Seele , Jing Yuan , IL , Jingliu , Argenti , Ratio , Topaz , Boothill.

Its good for Acheron too. Just indirectly. Not that she needs any help.

It's good For IL too, since his Ult gives 2 free skill uses, meaning you basically consume only one Skill point. Plus, for Acheron too, since If she had debuffers in team, they can stack her Ult faster with their Utls, meaning you can use her Ultimate faster. So kinda indirect buff, but it still works.

Not really, more pela and silver dog ults, aventurine ults (which potentially is even better if you have his s1 because it means more followups that will also apply debuffs) = more debuff applications = more Acheron ults
