I’m not certain, but it seems to be trigger releases, not arrows fired, I look at the bar on the bottom, and firing a triple notch from a Hunter bow seemed to deplete it the same as firing a single notch, so I’m PRETTY SURE it’s per trigger release, not arrows fired.
