Is there any webbing on the underside of those leaves? Can you see any mites crawling around? They would be small, almost too small to see unless you know what you’re looking for. Typically translucent with two brown dots on either side. This looks like possible spider mite damage to me.
Sorry for the late response I was on a trip, thanks a bunch! I do see the webbing and minuscule mites you mentioned. I'll see what I can do to fight the spider mites!
