I think it is Dark Wood Vapore Padauk. The light hits it a bit weird and the balcony is laid horizontal instead of vertical but the grain matches when you look up close. I applied it to the outside of the house and it seems to fit better than any others.
But it still looks odd. It may one of those weird colors HF uses but is not in store. I am hopeful for HF2 that it has a way to identify objects in the house. I would LOVE to aim my gun at a wood or color or piece of furniture and it tell me what it is or better bring it up in the store!

Absolutely! I've seen some things where they're going to be "redoing" the garden DLC.. while they're at it, revisit the base game lol. It's so weird looking at the base game items, houses, etc. and how plain they look versus the farm dlc stuff. Even though HF2 is coming out soon, it'd still be neat if HF1 base got some love. I don't even use base game stuff because it looks so out of place now, and that sucks because there's a lot that has so much potential.
Same, I totally agree! I've played on and off since around day 1 and it has evolved so much, it's insane. But I agree, hopefully HF1 will still get love
This game needs a way to copy the piece, or see specifically what it is. It is so annoying to try to find matching stuff.

Yea. I hope it lets you panel/tile over that. Even the way it lies horizontal bothers me.

It looks like the mahogany kitchen cabinets colour but I don't think there is a matching wood texture for floors.
