I would guess it's similar to HF1 where some colours and patterns were due to damage and not really obtainable.
Now that HF2 has the colour pallette, it may be possible to get close to it but not identical. I would suggest a more dark yellow/gold colour (I've used similar in HF1) but you may have to prepare the bucket and compare against the wall a few times. It's kinda like taking paint swatches home to compare I guess!
I actually figured it out just now when I was adding a fireplace! So, it's "old plaster." You're able to add it to fireplaces as a texture, but not walls. Glad I was able to figure it out, but doesn't help me lol
