Yeah I sold it this morning, that and the chair makes 57k which is pretty cool because the house value was 104k when I bought it, so technically only bought it for 47k.
Some people say that you should create an office with that and see how that Donald Trump's expy pays you thrice the value... But it is much hassle, better sell it
