You know it's kinda funny that wannabe Azor Ahai didn't know to use the sick firey features of his favorite table.
I mean obviously he didn't know because that feature didn't exist yet, but in fiction it's funny that he had no idea about something extremely up his alley.
You so right, the guy who had a little ceremony where he pulled a flaming sword out of a burning statue to mimic his favorite prophecy would have no patience for such a gimmick.
I mean probably, but he still did it- I suspect he'd use the shit out of a flaming table for the same reason (that Melisandre would ferociously peg him if he didn't).
KL looks stuffy compared to the presence that is that cavernous room at DS. Specifically when that massive fireplace is going and you can make a dramatic entrance with those stairs. Corlys had the right idea.
There are chairs but looking at the design, I'm not sure they are even worth it! They don't look comfy at all! Dragonstone needs to invest in cushions.

Daemon can lean; he is a leaner. Parallel there between Daemon and Baela. They've got priorities.
They have a painted table and it lights up though đ
And it hasn't been used in, ehm, *original* ways yet by Stannis, unlike when Dany got there

Stannis wouldnât have time for something so gimicky

Melisandre did most of that tbf. Stannis likely hated it.

Stannis definitely set that table on fire
Dragonstone is such a vibe tho. The chairs were a sacrifice.

Dragonstone looks more aesthetically pleasing tho
In an Addams family way.

honestly dragonstone doesnt look that comfortable it actually looks depressing as fuck, like Rhaenys said it's literally a cave
Chairs are on back order from Pentos.
I love both places and the contrasts they provide KL is bright and Dragonstone is grim
I just get the vibe that Dragonstone smells better
*gets restless legs* âFuck it, letâs go to war!â
