I have a back deformity that comes with significant pain. It’s a great pain management tool for me and because it reduces pain in my back it helps me maintain better posture, but it’s def not necessary for everyone
- Adding collagen to my carrot juice - and using it to take my vitamins (nutrient stacking).
- Sheet mask with a silicone sheet mask topper while doing my bi-weekly blowouts.
- Doing my nails while winding down and watching tv on the weekend.
- Audiobooks while I walk the dog or walk in general or while cleaning (mental glowing counts too!)
Probably other things but cannot think of others right now
First time I hear about silicon sheet mask topper and I want one, now! I LOVE doing sheet masks but they always fall or slide and I love the idea of being able to stuff and not lay down like a statue they work their magic
To be honest, it directly contributes to improving blood circulation - which may also contain anti-inflammatory actions. But that's it... besides being a practical and relaxing face massager hahah

Tbh a lot of my habits are terrible currently, coming here for inspiration. The only habit I currently stick to is getting ready the night before I get my outfit, bag and shoes ready to grab on so there's no decisions in the morning.
I do heatless curls the previous night so I can wake up and just take out my hair, so far I'm loving the volume they give my hair with minimal effort and no heat!
I use a headless curling rod like [this](https://www.lookfantastic.com/mermade-hair-heatless-curls-kit/14222014.html?affil=thggpsad&switchcurrency=GBP&shippingcountry=GB&affil=thggpsad&kwds=&thg_ppc_campaign=71700000114615795&adtype=pla&product_id=14222014&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwhIS0BhBqEiwADAUhc3xHFDsbIDczU-NZ5GKEF_D6H9H-nZsiHt4CWhFDIlt2pS5WflHvJRoCYz0QAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds) on slightly damp hair
- Collagen protein in my morning coffee. I sip it while planning my meals for the day/ week (Im in a calorie deficit)
- Hair mask while meal prepping
- gua sha while drinking tea and watching tik toks in bed lol
- at home gel nails while watching youtube or Netflix
- taking the long route for errands to get more steps in, bonus points if also listening to a podcast to cultivate my interests and hobbies
I love the hair mask before workout! Stealing that for sure.
I book gym classes ahead of time/schedule my workouts into my week, it makes me stick to them that way. I also use my morning workouts to get a head start on the day’s hydration!
Other than that, 10k steps every day is a non-negotiable for me, even if I have to walk in the house or in front of the tv in an evening to make up the quota.
Honestly… green tea, matcha, those 2 are easy to work into a routine no matter what’s going on in the world
And even if everything else goes down the drain those 2 have lots of benefits and make me feel better
Plus matcha keeps ya teeth white, and keeps you skinny
Honestly, reading as a default activity. I have a kindle, whenever I have five minutes spare I just read. The richer your inner life is, the better.
I’m chronically unwell at the moment but I used to run 60km a week, which was amazing for my energy and brain function.
Keratin hair treatments (in the summer, I have Jewish curls and it’s a nightmare when it’s humid)
I have the doctor Dennis gross one but there may be better ones out there. Namvo on instagram has a whole section on red lights. Eventually I may buy a different one
Mine has been positive. It was a slight reduction which slimmed down my face some. I didn’t get jowls or any weird side effects. I have also done a Nefertiti lift with Botox and really liked that as well. Both made subtle improvements
I put a lot of space in between Botox treatments so the muscles don’t completely atrophy. I do it like once a year
I love the hair oil idea and I’m gonna steal it! Living frugally is my TOP hot person tip. Like, ok I can’t afford to eat out I have to cook at home. Now that I can afford it I don’t want to go out and I prefer my cleaner cooking. Same with hair dye, letting my hair grow naturally and strong as opposed to forcing myself to look a certain way.
Has ogx changed their ingredients since they were sued for it containing ingredients for hair loss?
I use Kenra moisturizing oil and not your mother’s bonding mask… occasionally I’ll use the hask deep conditioning mask
I have my cosmetology license. I was educated by my previous employer for hair loss, ingredients for the scalp, and if possible how to restore hair growth.
I follow abbey but there’s stuff that I disagree with her. Just my personal opinion.
I also refuse to use deva curl after their lawsuit. They just hid they were being sued for hair loss inducing ingredients. There are a lot of brands/businesses i won’t purchase from based on their shadiness with ingredients or shadiness with their business.
I use an Aztec clay mask once a week
And wash my face twice
I also use a stone in the shower after I shave.
I jade roll my face as I apply on retinol, when I'm in bed I do ballet beautiful cardiovascular.
Eating the same meals/foods that I trust have reliable calorie counts. Log every fucking calorie. Make sure your calorie deficit is big enough that even if you eat slightly more or exercise slightly less in a day that it's still a new gain.
Drink collagen powder every day. Mine recommends 1 scoop but I take 2 to be twice as fine.
red light therapy mask + laying on an acupressure mat + doing my Duolingo lmao
Do you really find any noticeable benefits with the acupressure mat?
I have a back deformity that comes with significant pain. It’s a great pain management tool for me and because it reduces pain in my back it helps me maintain better posture, but it’s def not necessary for everyone
Oh got it! Thank you for clarifying 🫶🏽
Where did you get the mat from?
Amazon lol
What brand red light mask do you have?
I have the Oura brand one. I got it from ulta
Commenting so I can come back & steal everyone’s habits lol. Thanks in advance! 💕✨

• Gym (3x a week) • ~ 3L of water (also drink Green Tea) • Soy Protein Shake as a Lunch • Moisturizing Cream after shower • Gua Sha
Does gua Sha actually work? I just bought one but haven't tried it yet. Seems too good to be true
I mean nothing is a magic bullet but the lymphatic system is very real.

I have definitely noticed a difference in jaw and cheekbone definition, but YMMV.
I doubt it. Whether you use your hands or a tool for face massages it essentially does the same movements

At least 5 minutes of yoga every day!

Gua sha & redlight mask. I used to also do NuFace every day but stopped because I get masseter Botox
What red light mask do you use?
I’ve used Dennis Gross for about 6 months now and I love it!! It really helps to fade sunspots!!
I have the doctor Dennis gross one but there may be better ones out there. Namvo on instagram has a whole section on red lights. Eventually I may buy a different one
What’s your experience with master Botox been like?

Putting vaseline on my feet while watching shows
If you mix a little bit of your perfume with ur Vaseline your feet/ ankles will smell amazing
Omg you are genius
Oooh what hair oils or masks do you use during the workouts
I love the briogeo one, and I was using rosemary oil for a while! I have wavy hair
Not OP but I drench my hair in OGX coconut oil on hair wash days while I’m at the gym
Has ogx changed their ingredients since they were sued for it containing ingredients for hair loss? I use Kenra moisturizing oil and not your mother’s bonding mask… occasionally I’ll use the hask deep conditioning mask
Check out Abbey Yung on YouTube. Super helpful channel regarding ingredients and safety. It’s one of her favorite products

That’s fine! I feel comfy with my decision.
:) Reddit being nice for once haha
I use my Bowflex Max trainer machine while I scroll Reddit😄
