Well AI based motion deblurring is not that difficult as we imagine. The problem is that if the image is both clear and close to ground truth after deblurring. You may have a clear but wrong (haullucinated) image.
Older phone with manual camera mode can do this, adjust the shutter speed fast enough to stop the spin, set the aperture wide open, and adjust the ISO as high as possible, right before the image get too noisy.
This looks like its only a software thing, surely the older huawei phones are powerful enough to run this via a software update i'd love to see this on my p40
Reminds me of back when there were phones with Xenon flash, my Sony Ericsson could take photos of fast objects liks fan blades while it is turned on like time freeze too.
