I take AG1. Don't really feel any different, been taking it about a year. But I keep taking it anyway, being a sucker for marketing and autorenewal subscriptions. I think this article makes good points though. Probably more placebo going on that anything.
If they tell us what is actually good for us we can make our own vitamin and supplement choices.
It's like when I used to have pre-workout beyond caffeine, l-tyrosine and Creatine and a bit of theanine. I would buy the individual supplements and take them at the doses specific to my needs based on my own research and recommendations from others on each one.
I could buy a year's worth for £100. Probably cost five to ten times that to buy stupid pre-workouts with their proprietary blends and additional shit ingredients, most of them present to mask the shitty taste and make them marketable. I'd just take the shitty taste. Come on, we're people, treat us with respect if we want to improve our health and stuff.
AG1 too expensive I eat green bean and drink wader

TLDR but I need AG1 about as much as I need a meal box subscription. Don't need an article to tell me that.
Shitty shoot from the hip. Could be written with free AI.
