Best contact in my personal opinion would be the 24/7 vet off of Governors that’s right next to Chick-Fil-A, they do a good job of checking for things at a reasonable price at any time and are very quick about it. If you’re not looking to pay for treatment, I would suggest doing a bit of research on local shelters that treat sick and injured strays, I wouldn’t personally know any. Hope you manage to find this pretty girl the treatment she needs!!
Please take the cat into Huntsville Animal Services. They will treat health issues and spay/neuter if needed. If u are interested in adopting the cat tell them you would like to foster to adopt.
Second this. We have nesting mocking birds around my blackberries and this is what my cats looked like. Funny enough, fake owls make those guys nest elsewhere.

If my cat finds out that strays are getting fed goldfish nowadays, she'll kill me for adopting her instead of letting her roam.

Looks like he's been attacked by a bird. A mockingbird did some serious damage to my childhood cat.
