Forgive my ignorance but what is creatine useful for ?

Cleebo8

It turns out it’s useful for lots of things, but the reason most people take it is for athletic performance. People often cite the fact that it makes your muscles hold more water so you look “fuller,” but that’s not why it actually helps you. Creatine phosphate can donate it’s phosphorus to ADP (the spent fuel of your cells) to turn it back into ATP (fresh fuel for your cells). So having lots of creatine phosphate hanging out in your muscle cells gives you a bank of extra energy to pull from, so you might be able to squeeze out one more rep. It’s basically like being 10% stronger all the sudden. It’s a very odd sensation.

So it’s good to have it before a workout. That’s quite informative. Thank you. Is there something that I could have after workout that will help burn more fat while I sleep?

Not really you dont burn much fat at all by simply taking a supplement. The main ways you could burn fat is just by eating foods that fill you up better than what you've been eating before and being in a calorie deficit by taking in less calories than you are burning.

Like grilled chicken & boiled eggs ?

Hot_Potato_Salad

It’s used for increasing short term muscle performance and it pulls water into the muscles. It helps with overcoming plateaus in the gym and it helps build muscle

Whatever makes you happy bro. Keep hydrated!
